The Daily Y.A.P.P. for The Bold and the Beautiful, April 28: Revisionist history in the blink of a Forrester's eye

Welcome to The Bold and the Beautiful Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick — and by that, I mean you’re already halfway done — recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today’s episode. Let’s get to it:

What Happened on The Bold and the Beautiful

On The Bold and the Beautiful, the Forresters and Logans put exactly what caused them to fall apart last month back into action today. Why? Only Eric could explain it to make sense, and since no one is asking him, we just have to roll with it. The fashion show was a hit, as prefaced by every special guest that arrived. The crowd ooh’ed and aah’ed at every design, and everyone buzzed with excitement at the sales. But then, Eric pulled a fast one. He had planned that Brooke would wear the showstopper dress as a devious way to get Ridge to forget about Taylor and once again run back to ready-and-waiting Brooke. Except they didn’t tell anyone the plan other than Donna and Katie. So when it was time for the showstopper, Ridge and the model assigned to the dress were ready to go but the dress was missing. This wouldn’t have been a problem, and the rest of the show was a success. But at the last moment, Ridge had to fumble his way through an explanatory speech on the runway before Brooke appeared in the dress. But for Eric, Ridge, and the rest of them to praise Brooke and claim that she “saved the show?” There wasn’t an issue, and it didn’t need saving — they just interfered with deception, and karma came quick. How soon they forget.
