On The Bold and the Beautiful, we fans are well used to something going awry or even being out of the norm of reality, but Luna's pardon shocks everyone.
The Bold and the Beautiful: Pardon me, you said what?

Luna, pardoned, pardon me? I hear you say. No, that’s correct; it’s not a typo. It does strain the bounds of credulity, though. How did this even happen, you might ask. Luna (Lisa Yamada), Finn (Tanner Novlan), Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Taylor (Rebecca Budig), and Ridge (Thorstenn Kaye) are over at the Spencer mansion, and everyone is asking Bill (Don Diamont) why Luna is there and not in jail. Bill explains that because of his rough childhood, he understood Luna, and they shared something. Bill explained that growing up, he had no one to look out for him, and he wanted to be that person for Luna.

Steffy was about as incredulous at this as we all were at home; here on The Bold and the Beautiful was a two-time murdering, kidnapping, drugging, lying psychopath and getting to lounge around a multi-million dollar mansion. Sure, she was on house arrest and had to wear an ankle bracelet, but wow, that doesn't even come close to justice served in most people's minds. Steffy is adamant that Luna's time outside the bars is short-lived and immediately phones Chief Baker (Who? No, I've never heard of him either, but he’s chief of the local PD, I’d imagine). He then tells Steffy that he’s on the way over. Happy now, Steffy tells Luna she is off back to jail, where she belongs. Spoiler Alert: It’s in the title.
So now we pardon convicted Killers?

Chief Baker arrives at the Spencer mansion, where he immediately gets an officer to put some silver bracelets on Luna's wrists. Luna is now begging and pleading not to go back to jail. She doesn't want to be killed there and looks to Finn for support, who is jaw-dropped at what is happening. Chief Baker receives a call before you can punch the sky in celebration. At first, he looked stunned, then replied, “Yes, sir,” instructing the officer to remove the cuffs and the ankle bracelet. To everyone's shocked faces, Chief Baker tells them the impossible, “Luna Nazowa has been pardoned.” I’ll let that sink in. We good? No. Neither am I. How in the “If the glove doesn't fit, we must acquit” does this even happen? The Bold and the Beautiful has bamboozled us again!
Everyone just stood there yelling their displeasure at the news, and Finn, bless him, just looked completely truck wrecked. Now what, Finn? He knows how Steffy felt about Luna being his daughter before she found out she was out of jail. Now, Luna can walk around, work a job, see them daily, and even visit Forrester Creations. Never mind Batman, someone call R.J
