On The Bold and the Beautiful, we are used to seeing Lawrence Saint-Victor play the role of corporate assassin Carter Walton. In his current storyline, he has masterminded a hostile takeover of Forrester Creations with his onscreen girlfriend, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). Whether you are a fan of Carter Walton or not, Lawrence plays the role well, and the number of articles written about him and comments on message boards testify to the actor's dedication to his craft.
While Carter has sometimes been in the background (or quietly planning the expansion of Forrester Creations for years), Lawrence Saint-Victor is a soap veteran with previous — and upcoming — soap ties.

Before Lawrence graced or cursed our screens on The Bold and the Beautiful, depending on what side of the fence you sit on, he was on the hit CBS show Guiding Light. Lawrence played Remy Boudreau from April 2006 until the show's ending in September 2009. The character Remy Boudreau was complex in Guiding Light. A very talented musician with what can be described as a strained relationship with his father, Remy chased romance while navigating family drama and personal challenges. Like Carter (at least until recently), Remy was well known for his integrity, loyalty, and determination to forge his own path.
A favorite scene and many memories
Lawrence recently shared fond memories of his time on Guiding Light on his Instagram page. The post shows a scene that Lawrence describes as one of his favorite episodes that he got to shoot. Lawrence wrote “This is one of my favorite episodes that I ever shot at Guiding Light!! Having all the Boudreau’s together was really special. I loved working with @karlamose @yvonnakopaczwright @kim_brockington @tyracolar @montel_williams so much!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️”
The reel shown is a repost from @guidinglightcbs #OnThisDay. The scene takes place at a restaurant where the whole Boudreau family is sitting at dinner. Christina (Karla Mosely) reveals to Remy’s family that the two of them are now husband and wife. The marriage comes as a shock to the family, and the fact that they had gotten drunk and it wasn't supposed to be a real wedding as Remy didn't get it annulled like he was supposed to all go over really well. The scene becomes hilarious as each member of the family wants to add their ten cents worth. Soap fans will recognize Remy’s wife is played by Karla Moseley, who played Maya Avant on The Bold and the Beautiful and will star in the new CBS soap, Beyond the Gates, as Dani Dupree.
Fellow cast members of The Bold and the Beautiful and Guiding Light shared their thoughts. Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays Steffy Forrester, one of the recently ousted co-CEOs of Forrester Creations, commented, “Oh my gooodness!! I love this! ❤️.”
Karla Mosely, who plays Lawrences’ onscreen wife, Christina Moore, wrote, “The best! Aw, baby KCM and LSV - with the greatest fam. Such a great memory!!!!”
Tyra Colar, who played Leah Boudreau Bauer, Remys’ niece, commented, “Awwww! Loved working with you all too! This was a lot of fun ❤️”
Being such a fond memory for Lawrence, it is easy to see how an onscreen family could be as loved as your real-life family, given the amount of time spent together and the ups and downs that must be experienced with the busy shooting schedule. And that chemistry is easy to see in the reel posted.
