Luna did her best to get Steffy to believe that she felt true remorse for everything she had done, but Steffy wasn't buying it. "You're a monster," she shouted at Luna. "I don't know what Bill was thinking, getting you out of jail, but that's exactly where you're headed."

Luna continued to tell Steffy how awful she felt about locking her in a cage and leaving her for dead. Luna hated what she did to her "dad's wife" but Steffy warned Luna not to get too comfortable referring to Finn as her dad. "You're never going to have a relationship with him ever again," Steffy declared.

"I know that this is really painful and confusing for you, but Finn is my dad," Luna stressed. Steffy told her that it didn't matter. When Luna said that she was family and Hayes was now her brother, Steffy lost it. "Don't you ever say his name again! EVER!" Steffy screamed.

Luna claimed that things would have been different if she had known Finn was her father all this time. "Because you didn't have a daddy gives you every right to be a vicious murderer?" Steffy asked in disbelief. Luna owned what she did, but begged Steffy not to take Finn from her.

Just then, Bill walked into the room and ended up on the receiving end of Steffy's wrath. "How could you release this monster from prison? HOW?" she shouted. Bill insisted that Luna was still serving her sentence, so Steffy pointed out the irony of her sentence being in a mansion.

"I have Luna under control. I understand her in a way nobody else does," Bill told Steffy as she ranted and raved. Bill calmly stood there and said he would never defend what Luna did "but she's a broken person and I can help her." Steffy said she would do everything she could to get Luna back in prison.

Luna tried defending herself some more. "When Finn looked at me, he didn't see what you see. He saw his daughter. I could feel his love," she said, causing Steffy to nearly lose her mind. She went off on Luna in a dramatic way, saying Finn pitied Luna and that she would never have a place in her family.

Finn sat in his office thinking about his conversation with Steffy when Sheila surprised him. She said she was in the building and wanted to stop by and see her son. "You shouldn't be here," Finn told her, but Sheila didn't care. She waltzed right in, closed the door, and sat down. Sheila could quickly tell something was bothering an exasperated Finn.

Finn said he didn't want to talk and told Sheila she needed to leave. Sheila knew he was saying this because of Steffy. Finn told Sheila that it was because of her. "My wife and I have a right not to want to have you in our lives," Finn said. Sheila claimed she was sorry for all she had done, but she had changed and was his mother, after all.

"You're my birth mother, Sheila. I have a mother who raised me," an annoyed Finn announced. Sheila still wanted to be close to Finn. She felt she had the opportunity but Steffy took it away from her. "I lost out on the chance to be your mother and that's a loss I am going to have to carry with me for the rest of my life," Sheila said.

In the design office, Hope told Dahphne and Carter that Daphne no longer had a place at Forrester Creations. "Not after what she's done," Hope said, referring to Daphne kissing Carter. She asked Carter to tell Dahphne to go back to Paris and questioned his hesitation. "She betrayed our trust so she needs to go. Isn't that right, Carter?" Hope added.

Hope announced that Daphne didn't have any respect for her or for Forrester, but Daphne disagreed. "I have a lot of respect for Forrester, but this isn't Forrester. Not really," she said. Daphne pointed out that what Carter did to the Forresters was weighing on him, but Hope claimed it was weighing on them both. "That's not true. Carter's the one who's tormented," Daphne said.

Daphne claimed that she expected Carter to be an egomaniac when she met him but was surprised to see he had "principles and values." Daphne explained that Carter made mistakes and lost his way. "But you didn't lose yours, did you? This is exactly who you are."

Carter finally found his voice and spoke up, telling Daphne that it was his idea to take over the company. "An idea that tortured you, no?" Daphne posited. "Did your loving companion stop you, try to talk some sense into you. Or did she see it as an opportunity? Open your eyes. Hope's using you," Daphne told Carter.

Hope wondered what warped version of Hope's history Daphne had heard from Steffy, but Daphne said she could form her own opinions. "Carter's a wonderful man who's lost his way to defend you," she said. Carter argued that he didn't lose his way, but Daphne insisted that he had. He was just looking for the right woman.

Hope claimed that he'd found her. She supported Carter's vision and was there for him. She once again asked Carter to tell Daphne to leave Forrester, but Carter refused. "Hope, you know how much I love you and you get your outrage but forcing Daphne to leave would be a mistake," he said.

Hope could barely believe it. How could Carter go against her wishes like this? "It's best for the company if Daphne doesn't go back to Paris," Carter insisted. Hope was shocked that Carter was siding with Daphne but Carter claimed he was siding with the company. "She kissed you!" Hope said, showing that was what was on her mind.

Carter didn't think that was a big deal. "Hope, we know what it's like to lose ourselves in the moment and regret it. We can show Daphne the same Grace that Steffy didn't show you," he said. Carter only cared about her fragrances. Hope was so angry that she just walked out, with Carter following behind her.
