Will dropped by to see his dad, with lunch in one hand and Bill’s mail in the other. Bill was happily shocked and asked how the internship was going. Will smiled and said it was going surprisingly well. Bill teased Will about his smile and puppy dog look in his eyes. He knew it wasn’t fashion that was making him that happy; it had to be a girl.

Bill asked if it was Pam that caught his eye, and said her lemon bars were a perk. Will told his dad that he didn’t know Electra but he did know her family and said her name. “You’re dating a Forrester?” Bill said with disdain.

Will clarified that he and Electra hadn’t actually gone on a date yet. Bill offered his black credit card to make him look like a baller, but Will said she was deeper than that and that sort of stuff didn’t impress her. “They’re all impressed by that,” Bill said. Will added he and Electra had just met and were getting to know each other. “So put on the brakes, old man,” Will told his dad. Will gushed that he couldn’t wait to get to know her better and see where things go. Bill said he hoped Will was joking about her being a Forrester.

After Will left, Bill went through his mail and found another letter from Luna. He opened it and read, “Dear Bill, I’m only allowed one letter a week, and I’m writing them all to you. I believe in my heart that you’re the only person who truly gets me. You understand how growing up surrounded by turmoil can damage a person. I’m certainly not proud of what I’ve done, but you admitted to me that you’ve also made choices that you regret. We’re very similar that way, which is why I think we bonded on such a deep level and shared such special moments together. It’s those memories that keep me from losing my mind in prison. I miss you, Bill. And I hope a little part of you misses me, too.”

Bill had a flashback to Luna telling him how he understood her and recalled when he promised she’d always have a special place in his heart. Bill went to light the letter on fire but stopped. He crumpled it up and threw it across the room. Meanwhile, in her prison cell, Luna smirked evilly.

In the design office, Ivy and Electra discussed Will and how smitten he was. Electra just hoped that her past wouldn’t wreck her future with Will. Electra worried that Will would think differently of her if he knew the truth. Electra worried about the campaign launch and panicked that “he” would see it and “he” could find her. Meanwhile, in an undisclosed location, “he” stared at Electra’s pictures online.

Will came to see Electra at the design office and shared that he had been at his dad’s. He told him all about her before kissing her. Somewhere else, the man from her past said menacingly to the pictures of her, “I’m coming to get you, Electra.”

At the CEO’s office, Eric tried to appeal to Ridge and Steffy about the decision to fire Hope, based on their personal relationship with her. Steffy insisted that Hope being in lingerie in the office was no accident, despite what her and Brooke have said. Steffy reiterated she had no choice but to get rid of Hope, and reminded Eric of how Hope treated Thomas. Steffy added that she felt bad for the next guy to get involved with Hope.

Zende joined Eric, Ridge, and Steffy and said that the news of Hope’s firing was all that anyone could talk about. Zende tried to speak, but Steffy interrupted to say that she already talked to Carter, and it was a hard no about bringing back Hope. Zende snapped, saying that she wouldn’t hear him out. Eric interrupted to say he wanted to hear what Zende had to say.

Zende insisted that the spring collection was going to be a hit. Ridge told him that it was no reflection on him as a designer that the line was canceled. Eric asked him not to be discouraged. “Zende, you know I love you, right? This isn’t you. This is Hope,” Steffy said.

After Zende left, Steffy said it was time to turn the page. Ridge agreed and said it was the end of an era, and Eric noted it was a damn shame. Steffy told them that Hope would be fine. “She’ll find another man to obsess over and undermine,” Steffy added.

At Hope’s cabin, she and Carter were still rehashing her firing or, as Carter put it, “kicking her out like yesterday’s garbage.” Carter told Hope yet again that he would never stop fighting for her. Hope wondered how they would stop Steffy. Carter shared that he had an idea and knew exactly what they were going to do.

Carter brought in the file that Ridge had given him at the office. He showed it to Hope and explained that Ridge wanted him to set up an LLC for tax deductions. He pointed out that it was his job to ensure the company numbers were profitable. Carter excitedly told Hope that it was the answer they were looking for and that Ridge and Steffy put it right in their hands. “They have no clue,” Carter said.

Carter was offended that Ridge didn’t appreciate all the effort he put into his research for the global luxury line and just wanted him to work on tedious legal paperwork. Carter showed Hope the paperwork to file for the LLC. He explained that there was a section for the management structure, and whoever’s name was written down was in charge of Forrester Creations.

Carter told Hope that as COO, it was his job to fill out the documents. He added that Ridge and Steffy never read over the documents, they just trust him and sign them. Hope realized that Carter could take over Forrester Creations depending on how he filled out the form. “Carter Walton, CEO, does have a nice ring to it,” Hope said, “Imagine…you could be running Forrester Creations.” “We could run it together,” Carter suggested. Hope excitedly kissed him.

Carter momentarily balked and didn’t think he could deceive Ridge and Eric like that. Hope told him that he had been the brains behind the company for so long and that he rarely got any credit for it. “All your hard work, for the most part, is underappreciated,” Hope added. She compared it to how her mom and most of the Logans had been treated at the company over the years. Hope thought that Steffy looked down on them and Ridge and Eric took them for granted. “And now they’re letting Steffy run the company into the ground over some petty vendetta,” Hope concluded.

Hope told Carter she didn’t want to see the company ruined and reminded him that they cared about the company. “If you’re saying there’s a chance to turn all of that around, maybe we should take it. I mean, this could be it, Carter, this could be our chance. So let’s do this, and we’ll do it together,” Hope gushed. Carter stared Hope in the eyes and then looked at the paperwork. Hope cupped his hand that was holding the pen and moved it to the paperwork. Carter wrote his name on it, putting himself in charge of Forrester.

Brooke asks Hope, “Is there something you’re not telling me about Carter?”

To Steffy and Ridge in the CEO’s office, Carter demands, “Reinstate Hope and Hope for the Future.” “Hope Logan is a bitch,” Steffy says defiantly.

Carter asks Hope, “Can we turn Forrester upside down, take over?” “You have a choice to make,” Hope says with an encouraging smile. Eavesdropping outside the door, Brooke gasps, “Oh my god!"
