The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Friday, February 7, 2025: Brooke makes a plea to Ridge, Finn goes to the prison

In the CEO’s office, Brooke lamented that nothing felt the same after all of Carter’s changes. She told Carter that Eric and Ridge were a fundamental part of Forrester. Carter said they were sorting out who would design couture now. “It’s wrong that they’re not here. You know I’m right,” Brooke said.

Carter hated it, too, that Ridge and Eric weren’t there, but it was their choice. He thought it didn’t make sense that Ridge and Eric would claim they made it impossible for them. “It makes about as much sense as it’s impossible for you and Ridge to be together right now,” Carter added. Carter apologized to Brooke, saying he didn’t think Ridge would turn to Taylor when he offered her the CEO position.

Brooke defended Ridge, noting that he felt betrayed by her and Carter as well. She reiterated that she didn’t agree with what Carter and Hope did. Carter wondered if Ridge and Brooke would survive the takeover in the end.

Later, alone in the CEO’s office, Carter couldn’t concentrate. He thought back to when he duped Ridge and Steffy into signing the LLC paperwork.

At Finn’s office, he continued to accuse Poppy that she kept it a secret for all those years that he was Luna’s father. She knew how betrayed he felt, but she thought she was protecting Finn. She told him that both of their lives would be ruined if he said anything, but Finn just walked out.

Finn went to the prison and wanted to talk to Luna right away but found out she wasn’t there. The warden said Ms. Nozawa was still an inmate with the Department of Corrections but wouldn’t say where she was. Finn called Poppy and asked where Luna was, but she had no information either. She realized if he was at the prison, he hadn’t gone home yet and begged him not to tell anyone. “Do not tell Steffy that Luna is your daughter!” Poppy implored. Finn hung up on her.

At the Forrester mansion, Ridge talked to Justin on the phone as Steffy came in. When he hung up, Ridge told Steffy that Justin said his hands were tied and that Carter and Hope did everything legally.

Steffy reiterated that Daphne had designs to break up Hope and Carter but thought it would be better to convince Carter he was being brainwashed by Hope and her mother. Steffy said in the long run, they won as Ridge finally broke free from Brooke and reunited with Taylor. “It almost seems like it was worth it,” Steffy added. She reminded Ridge it was her and Finn’s anniversary, and she was going home to celebrate with her husband. “I’m so happy you’re happy. We almost lost you not that long ago,” Ridge said. “Yeah. Because of Luna,” Steffy agreed.

Alone, Ridge was contemplating by the fireplace when the front door opened, and Brooke walked in. She told him she came to see him as she didn’t like being at odds with him. “I still love you. I know you feel the same way, too. We can’t let what happened at Forrester come between us like this,” Brooke said breathlessly.

Ridge didn’t want to talk to the new CEO of Forrester and reminded her that she aligned herself with the enemies, Carter and Hope. Brooke said she had no choice about that. “In fact, I was doing it for you to try to get the company back in your hands. For you. For Eric. For Steffy,” Brooke explained. She added that she never condoned it and was trying to bring peace between the two families. She thought she was getting through to Carter and was sorry that it had all happened.

Ridge said he worked his whole life with the respect of the fashion industry and his peers, and then it was all gone “just like that.” He said he was betrayed by his best friend and Brooke. She told him that she was hurt by how quickly he turned to Taylor, but Ridge didn’t want to talk about that.

Brooke said that their connection was always there no matter what. “We have an unbreakable bond, Ridge, and I am still willing to fight for that,” Brooke told him. She stared into his eyes and added, “For now.”

At the Spencer mansion, Luna told Bill that Will and Electra had been there. Luna was about to go back to watching TV, but Liam walked in, so she bolted outside through the door to the pool.

Liam checked in on Bill, and then they started talking about some business deals as Luna stayed outside in the dark and listened. Bill promised Liam he’d come into the office next week. He wondered what Bill did at home all the time. “It’s all good, Liam. I have everything under control,” Bill assured him.

Bill changed the topic and asked about Kelly and Beth. Liam offered to bring them around on the weekend but Bill suggested he take them all out on the boat instead. Liam liked the plan. Liam noted it was Steffy and Finn’s anniversary.

Bill asked if Steffy’s anniversary bothered him in some way. Liam said he would always love Steffy but was happy she was happy. He pointed out that a few months prior, Steffy had been locked in a cage by Luna, the psycho.

At the cliff house, Steffy reminisced about her wedding to Finn. She wondered why he wasn’t home yet. She got ready by lighting candles everywhere. She stepped on a toy, a little figurine of a knight in shining armor and thought back to when Finn saved her from Luna’s cage.

Finn came in and apologized for being late. He sat on the couch and held his head in his hands. Steffy assumed it was work-related and said what he did was so meaningful that she would never be upset that he came home late on their anniversary. He felt bad that he’d forgotten.

Steffy soothed him and told Finn that she was just thinking about his proposal and how much stronger their relationship had gotten year after year. She said that there were other memories she had that weren’t as pleasant and how he’d rescued her from his crazy cousin. “Luna, Sheila…all that strife is finally behind us,” Steffy surmised. She said that they had overcome so many obstacles and that all of those issues were behind them. Steffy said they could just look forward to good times with their children. “I know nothing is ever going to tear us apart,” she added.

Finn couldn’t speak. Steffy asked him what was bothering him, but he recalled Poppy’s words about keeping the secret. Steffy told him he could tell her anything. “You know how much I love our life together, and I would die for you and the kids, right?” Finn asked. Steffy said that he was starting to scare her. “There’s something you need to know. There’s something I need to tell you,” Finn said determinedly.
