Monday, September 16, 2024, marks the premiere of the 38th season of The Bold and the Beautiful.
No hope for the future?
Hope (Annika Noelle) knows her Hope For The Future line isn't performing well. The numbers have been down for several quarters now. Hope reluctantly admitted that she had trouble turning it around, and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) warned her that she might cut Hope's line.
Hope has been given valid reasons to be worried. On Monday, September 16, Steffy gives Hope some shocking news. Challenged by her CEO, Hope has some decisions to make, but lately, her only focus has been on Steffy's husband, Finn (Tanner Novlan).
The tension comes to a head in a meeting between Hope and Steffy. Unfortunately, there will be an audience, further fueling Hope's anger towards Steffy.
Hope might have to turn her attention to a new man, not only for her personal interests but to save Hope For The Future.
Home sweet home
Will (Crew Morrow) wants his mom to be happy, but his dad always breaks her heart. Will had lunch with half-brother Liam (Scott Clifton), and he shared his feelings about their dad, Bill (Don Diamont),
Will's mom, Katie (Heather Tom), wants Bill back, but she also wants Will to be happy.
On Monday, September 16, Katie creates the scenario to make it comfortable for Bill and Will to talk. Will she help navigate the two through their resolving their differences? Can she help the two men by mediating a conversation?
Rethinking choices
Also, on Monday, September 16, Eric (John McCook) has a surprise conversation that causes him to rethink the past.
Eric is usually confident in his choices, but will he recall decisions that changed the future, and will he regret the ones he made in the past?
If he had made different decisions about Taylor and Brooke, whose lives would have been changed? With the division in the company about the ongoing tension between Hope and Steffy, would Eric be better suited back at the office before old rivalries split the company and the family again?
