"I love him for that" or "That's what I love about you" have been the only words of love The Bold and the Beautiful's Hope has been able to utter about Thomas in his presence. Those aren't quite the "I love yous" that Thomas or "Thope" fans want, but that didn't stop Thomas from getting down on one knee and proposing to Hope to start off the year.
Just like when Thomas proposed in Mexico years ago when they were barely out of their teens, Hope told Thomas she wasn't ready, but at least this time, she agreed to wear his ring on a chain around her neck. Thomas agreed to be patient, but this week, romance is on the agenda, with Annika Noelle offering a vague tease about what we can expect.
"It's going to be a big week for Hope," Noelle promised in her Instagram stories on March 11. The post also featured a fan-made video featuring moments from Thomas and Hope's love story that another fan posted on X (formerly known as Twitter).

Indeed, spoilers preview a big week for the pair most never thought they'd see as an official couple. After all, Thomas kept the fact that Hope's child was alive a secret in 2019, but Hope forgave him and appears to have fallen in love.
On Tuesday, March 12, Thomas treats Hope to a romantic Italian dinner in which they remember their time in Rome last year that started it all. That's where Hope decided to finally throw caution to the wind (and throw away her marriage to Liam) and pull Thomas in for a passionate kiss outside the Colosseum. There was no turning back after that, which leads us to where we are today.
Later this week, Hope will once again defend her relationship choices to her disapproving mother, Brooke, while Thomas gets some good advice from his supportive father, Ridge. Ridge tells Thomas to make a bold move, so on Friday, that is exactly what Thomas is set to do as he designs a spectacular gown for Hope, his fashion muse.
Will this be the week that Hope throws caution to the wind once again and tells Thomas she loves him? Noelle said it's a big week for the character she's played since 2019, so it might be the week Hope finally confesses her feelings. Could that lead Thomas to propose once again with Hope accepting?
