Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) knew that something was off with Taylor (Rebecca Budig), but she had no idea about the struggles her mom had been enduring.

While she was still in Europe over the summer, Taylor learned she had heart failure and believed she was dying. Once in L.A., and with Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) help, Taylor discovered she had Broken Heart Syndrome instead.
Now that Taylor understands her diagnosis and is healing her heart, she isn’t afraid or embarrassed to talk to others about her condition.
On Wednesday, Taylor continues to take the time to explain her condition to Steffy and tells her about the wonderful way that Ridge helped her heal.
Liam has another surprise for Hope
Hope (Annika Noelle) and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) recently discovered that they were attracted to one another. At the office, they shared their feelings and kissed.
Knowing this could affect their professional lives, they agreed to keep their relationship a secret for now.
But Carter already has competition. Shortly after Carter and Hope’s first kiss, Liam (Scott Clifton) surprised Hope at the office and asked her to consider reuniting. Hope’s first reaction was to say no.
However, Liam knows how to get to Hope’s heart. On Wednesday, Liam creates a moving video tribute to Hope’s personal and professional accomplishments.
Will Liam’s video be enough to sway Hope to reconsider Liam’s offer to reunite their family? How will Carter react?
Ridge owes Brooke an explanation
Ridge and Taylor weren’t aware they had an audience during their spiritual healing session.
Brooke couldn’t hear what was being said, but she knows what she saw. Through the back door at Steffy’s house, Brooke spied on Taylor and Ridge as they cried, embraced, and emotionally bonded.
Watching Taylor place Ridge’s hand on her chest and straddle his lap was a little too much for Brooke to take. Taylor explained her condition, but Brooke thought it was just an excuse to get Ridge back in Taylor’s life.
On Wednesday, Ridge and Brooke will have a conversation about Taylor. Will Brooke understand why Ridge felt compelled to help Taylor with her Broken Heart Syndrome? Or will Brooke be too upset about the fact that he kept it a secret?
