What to expect on The Bold and the Beautiful

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) has been put in a position. He hasn’t agreed with Hope’s (Annika Noelle) behavior for a long time, and he has been an advocate for ending her line due to poor numbers.

However, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) cut the line and fired Hope for personal reasons. Although Hope crossed the line with Finn (Tanner Novlan) in the office, it’s still skirting a fine line to insist it was solely a business decision. Regardless, Ridge has stuck by Steffy and her choice to fire Hope.

Now that they are facing so much backlash, Ridge wanted to ensure they were doing the right thing. He hoped it would all work itself out, but it hasn’t. Steffy has made her point, and Hope was publicly dealt with. Now, they need to put it past them and make new starts. After all, Hope and the Logans are still family.

On Tuesday, Ridge looks for a resolution with the Logans, but Steffy is conflicted. Will she look weak for going back on a decision? Or will it look like Ridge thinks she was wrong? Worse, will it give Hope yet another chance to act inappropriately? Steffy’s in no hurry to find out.

The secret plot for revenge

Meanwhile, Hope has no idea that Ridge is considering some sort of resolution. She is solely focused on convincing Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) to do the “right thing” and betray his closest friends.

Carter has taken the first step by putting his name on the paperwork that would claim him as the one in charge at Forrester, but it still needs to be signed by Ridge and Steffy, and then filed.

Can Hope convince Carter that he’s doing what is right by committing another wrong? Will Carter see it as balancing the scales of injustice and championing for the Logans in the war that he said must end?

On Tuesday, Hope’s powers of persuasion are strong.

The witness to the event

Finn was the only one in the room when Hope came out in lingerie and landed them both on the desk of the design office.

Ridge asked him what happened, but Brooke is hell-bent on taking Hope’s side and getting her daughter’s job back.

This isn’t the first time that Brooke has gone to Finn to enlist his help with Steffy on behalf of Hope. Brooke is determined to get Finn on the Logan’s side against his own wife.
