What to expect on The Bold and the Beautiful

It’s an explosive day on The Bold and the Beautiful when sparks fly between Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) as they work out their deal for bringing a fragrance to Forrester Creations luxury branding.

Daphne is working her charms on Carter, but he’s caught on that she is flirting. Would that be a game-changer for him? Carter wants the deal, but is it not inappropriate the way Daphne is fawning all over him? Or does it have Carter intrigued? That fragrance she wears sure is enchanting…mesmerizing…almost hypnotizing.

On Friday, Carter and Daphne seal their deal while Hope (Annika Noelle) is telling Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) how happy she is about it. How long will it take for her to realize that Daphne is moving in on her man — or will Carter be able to resist Daphne’s charms?

Steffy needs to act like she and Daphne have never met when they’re introduced, but it’s hard to conceal how happy she is that her plan is working.

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Li (Naomi Matsuda) reads Jack’s paternity results. Li explodes when the test results show that Luna (Lisa Yamada) is, in fact, a Finnegan.

Poppy (Romy Park) is panicking and Jack (Ted King) is confused. He knows he and Poppy never cheated and had sex behind Li’s back; he was telling the truth when Li accused them of having an affair, and they denied it.

Jack thinks something is wrong with the test, but as Li said, she knows how Poppy acts when she has something she is trying to hide. Poppy is guilty, Li is sure of it, and Li doesn’t think she could ever believe a word Jack says after his affair with Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) and lying to Finn (Tanner Novlan) his whole life as he was actually his biological dad all along.

With Jack continuing to deny it, but the “proof” in Li’s hands, Li is even more upset that her sister and ex-husband won’t tell her the "truth." Are Jack and Poppy telling the truth, or do they think Li just wouldn't be able to handle it if they admitted they had an affair? Li will not stop until she has figured out how Jack’s DNA got matched with Luna’s. Will Finn have to shed some light on the matter?
