The Bold and the Beautiful what-to-watch moments for Friday, February 7: Brooke tries crossing a Bridge

What to expect on The Bold and the Beautiful

Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) took a chance when she accepted the CEO position at Forrester Creations after the takeover. Thinking that she could be better positioned to convince Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) to give the company back to the rightful owners, she announced the change to the world — before talking to Ridge (Thorsten Kaye).

The already tense situation boiled over, and Ridge walked out on Brooke, and right into Taylor’s (Rebecca Budig) arms. As if things were bad enough, communications tanked, and the last time Brooke saw Ridge, the conversation ended with her slapping him across the face.

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) designed a plan to try to get her family’s company back. She was going to have her friend, Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire), seduce Carter away from Hope (Annika Noelle).

However, Daphne realized that Carter and Hope have a pretty tight bond. It occurred to Steffy that she might have another way to get to Carter. Steffy thought about it and decided that somewhere inside of him, the old Carter still existed. She thinks that appealing to Carter’s conscience might be the way to turn it all around. The only problem is that Steffy doesn’t quite know how to do that.

Little does Steffy know that Brooke has had the same plan all along. She did reach out to Carter and asked if he had any regrets. Carter was astounded — had Brooke forgotten how they treated her daughter? Brooke told Carter that what they did was wrong, but what he did was wrong, as well. She told him that somewhere deep inside, he knew that was true.

With all of these plans to get to Carter going on, no one person has all of the information. Zende (Delon de Metz), however, could piece it together. He knows what Brooke has planned, and he knows Steffy has A plan. If he knew what it was exactly, he might be able to get the two women to see that they have a common goal and the same way to get there.

Meanwhile, Brooke decides it’s time that she and Ridge talk. She tried texting him at Christmas, but he didn’t respond. She tried to call him on the phone ,but he hung up on her.
