The Bold and the Beautiful what-to-watch moments, April 8: Liam makes a shocking discovery

What to expect on The Bold and the Beautiful

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is so relieved that Liam (Scott Clifton) has opened his eyes that she becomes a puddle of tears, knowing he will be okay. Liam is confused about what happened to him, but Steffy is not even sure. She just found him unconscious on the ground with blood all over his neck and head.

Liam is shocked to learn that Steffy got him to the hospital in the nick of time and has been with him throughout this entire ordeal. That must mean Steffy still loves him deep down inside, right? Liam has been alone and lonely for so long that it's nice to know that one of his ex-wives still cares this much for him.

Will either one of them remember they were supposed to take poor Kelly (Sophia Paras) on a fun outing? Maybe it's time Steffy checks her phone to see multiple messages from her current husband about the daughter she shares with Liam. Poor Kelly is now at a friend's house waiting for her parents.

Deacon and Carter battle it out

Deacon (Sean Kanan) is not about to let anyone put his baby in a corner. He doesn't care that she is a grown 30-something woman. Hope (Annika Noelle) will always be Deacon's little girl, and what Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) did to her enrages him.

Deacon tries to give Carter a piece of his mind when he pays him a visit in the Forrester Creations design office. However, Carter is ready to defend his actions. Yes, he still loved Hope, but he had to do what he knew was right. He had to give the company back to Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Eric (John McCook) and couldn't bring himself to walk out when they ousted Hope.

Does Deacon try to explain that is the whole problem? Hope feels betrayed. Either way, it is about to get ugly as Deacon unleashes on Carter and makes things physical. Will someone be walking out of that office in need of an ice pack?
