What to expect on The Bold and the Beautiful

Last week on The Bold and the Beautiful, Li had herself worked up to a frenzy. Apparently, for two decades, Li had wondered if, while she was working long hours at the hospital trying to become a doctor, things at home weren’t as dedicated as she was led to believe.

Poppy had moved in with Li’s family during that time, sleeping on her couch while living her “free-love lifestyle.” With her husband, Jack, and her son, Finn, at home, Li was busy trying to further her career and trusting that Poppy and her husband weren’t fooling around behind her back.

However, her years of harboring suspicion came to a head last week, with Li accusing Poppy and Jack of not only having an affair back then but that it resulted in their love child, Luna. Li got so upset at their firm denials that they’d ever had an affair that she stabbed Jack in the arm with a needle — twice — and performed a DNA test right then and there.

Unfortunately for Li, she was proven wrong when the results actually showed the Jack wasn’t the father. She apologized to both of them and told Poppy she would make it up to her for taking out her secret rage on her all these years. But will she?

This week, while Li is telling Finn about the dramatic showdown with Poppy and Jack, she admits her mistaken accusations against her sister. However, she also realizes that her assumptions were caused by the fact that Poppy would never reveal Luna’s true paternity. And she still hasn’t.

Li tells Finn that they still don’t know who Luna’s father is, but it seems that Finn might have an idea who it is. While his wife, Steffy, is planning their anniversary celebration, Finn might have something else to focus on. He calls Poppy into his office and asks her to be honest with him. Poppy, looking uncomfortable, wants to know why he’s questioning her. “You know why, Poppy,” Finn says grimly.
