What to expect on The Bold and the Beautiful
Liam (Scott Clifton) knew there had to be more wrong with him than just a brain bleed caused by a fall when he couldn't read the words in Kelly's (Sophia Paras) book, but he never imagined Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) would give him the news that she did.
Hearing Steffy's tear-filled voice tell him that he had an inoperable brain tumor gives Liam the shock of his life. He can barely believe it and is in denial. He is not going to give in to this death sentence and vows to fight to stay alive. Surely, there has to be some sort of experimental surgery that could work, right?
The idea of leaving his daughters behind with no father is too much for Liam to bear. He did not grow up with a father and doesn't want Kelly and Beth to suffer the same sad plight.
Finn makes a promise
Finn (Tanner Novlan) allowed Steffy to tell Liam about his condition on her own, despite it being something a doctor should have explained to him. Steffy also likely shouldn't have been told first anyway since it was probably a HIPAA violation, but now that Liam knows, Finn has to deal with the consequences.
He knows how much Kelly loves her dad and how broken she will feel when Liam is gone. Finn vows to be the best second dad that Kelly could ever ask for. He knows he can't take the place of her real dad, but he will make sure that she feels all the love a father can give, right along with Hayes. After all, he didn't get to do this for his own daughter when she was growing up and she turned out to be a serial killer. He is not going to let that happen to Kelly on his watch.

However, does Beth get a second dad? Hope (Annika Noelle) doesn't even know that Liam has been hospitalized, much less that he is dying. Is it time someone finally told Liam's last wife?
