On The Bold and the Beautiful, a civil war has been brewing for less than two months, and already things have reached a boiling point. Some fans are just as heated as their favorite onscreen characters.

Social media is enflamed with comments, and there is a very clear line being drawn. Are you TeamLogan or TeamForrester? Let's break down the battle lines and look at each side and their possible trajectories. Most importantly, let's look at what viewers are saying about this David vs. Goliath storyline.

TeamLogan's major players are Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and his girlfriend — and recently fired co-worker — Hope Logan (Annika Noelle).

Carter and Hope began a whirlwind romance that has culminated into Hope getting fired, set a coup in motion, then Carter getting fired, and now Brooke is arguing with Ridge over who was manipulating who when it came to taking over Forrester Creations.

Are Carter and Hope in the right? Do they represent the proper course of action? Or are they just the co-CEOs of the “Never Been Told No” Club?

TeamLogan has people in its corner. Hope includes her mother, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) on the roster, although Brooke is walking a blurred line as she is an executive at Forrester, and lives with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye). Katie Logan, Hope’s aunt, is the Head of PR at Forrester, but she has a clear disdain for Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and she doesn’t like how Hope has been treated.

Hope claims that the employees of Forrester are all the underdogs, and Carter is the champion for her, them, and the Logans. But is that accurate? Or wishful thinking that there is power in numbers behind them. Here’s what viewers are saying:

Forrester Creations is on the line

Of course, TeamForrester’s major players are Ridge Forrester and Steffy Forrester, the co-CEOs of Forrester Creations.

Steffy saw Hope for the Future as a failing fashion line that needed termination. She claimed it made good business sense to cancel it, but when Steffy saw Hope in lingerie and on top of her husband, Finn (Tanner Novlan), it became personal, and she immediately ordered Hope’s termination. Ridge backed his daughter and co-CEO, and once Carter's betrayal was discovered (Uh-oh, TeamLogan member Brooke had a hand in this), Ridge duly called Carter to his office. After a tense confrontation, Ridge fired Carter as his best friend, COO, and the company’s lawyer.

Is risking attacks on your family legacy just the price of doing business? It’s called Forrester Creations because the Forresters founded, own, and run it. Must they bend to the whims of employees? Bosses make decisions — and employees carry them out, right? If you don't like your job or the way your company conducts business, can't you just...leave? Does Forrester’s employee handbook have a missing amendment that says if your boss tells you no, you have the right to rise up and take over?

The TeamForrester lineup also includes Eric Forrester, the founder of FC, plus Ivy and Electra Forrester. The newest Forresters to join the company have so far remained quiet, but one would assume Ivy and Electra would back Ridge, seeing as they live with Eric and carry the Forrester name.

On The Bold and the Beautiful, Zende (Delon De Metz) is a Forrester but a staunch supporter of Hope and Carter. And let's not leave out RJ (Joshua Huffman), the son of Brooke and Ridge. While he seemingly always pops up offering some unsolicited advice, he’s been unusually absent. RJ didn’t have a problem choosing between his grandfather and father when they went head to head, but as a designer for HFTF, he could feel rejected like Zende.

We aren’t sure where RJ stands, but viewers aren't holding back with their opinions:

Who comes out on top remains to be seen. Will the Forresters preserve their legacy, or will Carter and Hope have traded everything to lead a company they don’t own? Some think there's more at play:
