The Bold and the Beautiful: Deacons' Sean Kanan gets spicy

The Bold and the Beautiful isn't the only thing heating up this winter, just ask Sean Kanan. He knows a thing or two about putting some spice in his life.

Sean Kanan is known as Deacon Sharpe in The Bold and the Beautiful. He also stars as Mike Barnes in The Karate Kid III and in the TV series Cobra Kai. The author and actor has now added another item to his list of creative endeavors: He’s created his own special brand of Hot Sauce, Bad Boy Hot Sauce.

The Bold and the Beautiful: Some Like It Hot

For many, hot sauce is a way of life — it just makes food better! But heat without flavor is the mark of poor choices, and that’s where Sean Kanan’s Bad Boy Hot Sauce comes in. The Karate Bad Boy partnered with Chef Kevin B. Ploth and created a hot sauce that will yoko-geri you with bold flavors and taste bud-annihilating heat. …or something like that. Before looking at just how hot these sauces are, let's discover the three unique ones in the range. Cobra Venom is one of their all-time favorite hot sauces that feature the crazy heat of the simply amazing Carolina Reaper pepper. This delicious, well-balanced sauce has tomato and roasted red peppers with a hint of garlic, onions, and cilantro.The Flavor is much like our favorite soap, The Bold and the Beautiful.

Up next is Mango Madness. This one is the one that's loved by folks of all ages, and apparently, just lose it over this sauce. We have mangoes, Red Bell peppers, and Habanero peppers for an irresistible sweet heat. This sauce is balanced out by lime, garlic, cilantro, and other wholesome goodies.

Last but not least is the Red Pepper Punch, the lowest heat profile of the three, but it lacks flavor in no way. A Meditterreanen-inspired hot sauce with roasted Red peppers and tomatoes utilizing Jalapenos and chipotles for added flavor and heat. Agave, scallions, garlic, and cilantro combine for added aroma and accents. A heat level rating of 2.5 makes this accessible to most to try. The mango madness has a heat level rating of 8, and these are out of 10, mind you, finally the Cobra Venom sweeps your legs out from under you with its heat level rating of 11.
