On The Bold and the Beautiful, Ashley Jones plays Bridget Forrester, who is a doctor. In real life, she’s extending her invitation to fans to follow a medical site to enhance their personal health journeys. She is sharing the community with her followers on Instagram.

On Instagram, Ashley Jones (Bridget, B&B) recently shared stories about a new project she has become involved in. Jones has become an advocate for a site called Patients Like Me and has been previewing it with her fans. She added, “PLM is a space where you’re not alone and can find comfort and peer support in others who may share similar health conditions. This week, they’re introducing @womenlikeme_plm: a dedicated community within PatientsLikeme, created for women, focused on supporting our unique health journeys.”

Jones invited followers to join the free site, explaining, “Whether it’s fertility, parenting, peri-menopause, menopause, or anything in between, the women’s health community is here to support, understand, and empower you towards your next best health action to navigate your journey. It’s gonna be a great year and we’re in this together!”

In the post, Aubra said, “Hey you! Last week in Stories, I hope you’re having a great start to your new year. Last week in Stories, I mentioned a site called Patients Like Me and I said I was going to announce my involvement with them this week." That announcement is still coming, but she was spending the day trying to engage and get to know a little bit more about the people who are on the site.

As Aubra showed her screen while she clicked on drop-down menus and headings such as Cancer, Lupus, and Pregnancies, she narrated. “Patients Like Me in a nutshell is a trusted network where people can connect and learn and share their journeys. The whole purpose is to create a trusted digital platform that empowers us, and us as patients to navigate our own health journeys.

The Bold and the Beautiful star added that the site provides personalized health insights and really tailored digital health services that make it very simple for users to navigate. She showed the different categories and forums for very specific issues that one might have, and some are quite general. “I think there’s literally something here for everyone. I’m going to put a link and I hope you join — and stay tuned!” Aubra concluded.
