Next week, The Bold and the Beautiful heats up with Poppy still needing to provide some answers about Luna’s paternity. Here’s what we know about episodes we’ll see from Monday, January 27th, to Friday, January 31st:

Despite the Forresters having their worlds blow up when Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Hope (Annika Noelle) stole their company last month, things are going pretty well for Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

Steffy returned to work so she could watch her plan to get the company back unfold in person and help it along the way by encouraging Carter and Hope to collaborate with Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) — only so Daphne can break up the couple.

The real silver lining to Steffy is that her parents are back together. So knowing that her and Finn’s (Tanner Novlan) wedding anniversary is coming up, Steffy is looking forward to it. Next week, Steffy tells Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor (Rebecca Budig) how she is looking forward to spending time with her husband to celebrate.

But is her anniversary going to be as relaxing as she thought? Or is her family about to get bigger?

After the drama of wanting…no, demanding…Poppy (Romy Park) and Jack (Ted King) to “come clean” and admit that they had an affair resulting Poppy being pregnant with Luna, Li (Naomi Matsuda) felt more than sheepish when a DNA test proved her wrong.

Years of resentment and rage towards her sister came crashing down when Li realized she had mistreated her sibling because of an assumption — and she was wrong. Li is determined to make up for it to Poppy but there is one thing still nagging her: She didn’t find out who Luna’s father was.

After Li tells Finn what happened, she notes, “We are still left with the mystery of who is Luna’s father.” This gets Finn’s wheels turning.

Finn calls Poppy to his office and questions her about Luna’s paternity. “You need to be honest with me,” Finn says seriously. Poppy balks and can’t believe this line of questioning has started up again after finally squashing it with her judgmental sister.

“Why are you asking these questions?” Poppy says to Finn. “You know why, Poppy,” Finn tells her. All those years ago, Poppy was living with the Finnegans. While Li was at work, Jack noted that he, too, was busy trying to establish his law career. As they believed at the time that Finn was adopted and not blood-related, did Finn and Poppy have an affair, and Finn is actually Luna’s father?

Meanwhile, Luna and Bill are growing closer. “We understand each other. I think I can help,” Luna says to him. Is Luna going to help him make sense of his childhood trauma, or can she somehow make it normal for someone to help explain why she’s out of prison and living with Bill?
