BTS: Cast Party Pics from The Bold and the Beautiful 38th Anniversary

Cast, crew, family, and friends of The Bold and the Beautiful gathered this weekend to celebrate the 38th anniversary of the show’s first episode. An entrance backed with the B&B logo with a “38” overlay greeted guests at the Bel-Air Country Club, and some gave us a peek inside the event.

Celebrating The Bold and the Beautiful

Katherine Kelly Lang is one of two original actors on The Bold and the Beautiful. She has played the role of Brooke Logan, and John McCook has been Eric Forrester since the very first episode on March 23, 1987.

Lang posted a photo of her and McCook on an Instagram story, commenting, “What an incredible journey it has been! I’m beyond grateful to have been part of this show since the very beginning. 38 years of storytelling, love, drama, and unforgettable moments. The fact that B&B has reached audiences all around the world and continues to connect with so many of you is truly amazing. Thank you for your love and support through the years, you are what makes this journey so meaningful. Here’s to many more years of B&B magic! And, of course, more romance, drama, and surprises.” She ended the caption with a wink emoji — which could mean anything, but it won’t stop us from speculating!

B&B 38th Anniversary Party Pics

Lucky for us, the cast and crew shared some behind-the-scenes photos of the dinner party they had on Friday night on their Instagram pages. Ashley Jones (Bridget Forrester) shared, “ I joined the show late 2004…it’s been an honor to play Bridget for so long… and return often all these years. Thx for being here with us- watching and going on all our adventures. These people are like family. They have become pillars in life… forever grateful.”

Former B&B writer and now executive producer for CBS’s Beyond the Gates, Michele Val Jean joined in and shared plenty of photos. Lisa Yamada (Luna Nozawa) and Christian Weissman joked around as she pretended to choke him, but he quipped in his caption, “Don’t kill me, we haven’t had our storyline yet!”

Naomi Matsuda (Li Nozawa) thanked “Brad[ley Bell, head writer and executive producer] and the entire Bell Family for an incredible party…complete with karaoke!” And Lang noted that Anderson Paak “stole the show on the drums.”
