What to expect on The Bold and the Beautiful

After Li’s (Naomi Matsuda) major blow-up with Poppy (Romy Park) and Jack (Ted King), she realized she was wrong about Jack being Luna’s (Lisa Yamada) father. But although the one mystery has been solved, there still lies the question of the man still out there that fathered Poppy’s child. And “lies” is the key word.

On Wednesday, Finn (Tanner Novlan) receives a revealing backstory while dealing with the dilemma between Poppy and Li. When Poppy was living with him and his family, he had just started college, his mom was working around the clock, and his dad was putting in long hours at the office building his law career. Maybe Finn had never put it all together before that it was also around the time that Poppy got pregnant with Luna. But now that he’s figured it out, he has some questions of his own.

Poppy has had to field Luna’s questions about her paternity for years, but it has become a hot topic for the last year. From Tom, to Bill, to Li, everyone wanted to know who’s Luna dad was — even Jack asked after his arm healed. But now, Finn has questions of his own. Is Poppy ready to finally answer? Or will she pretend that she doesn’t know why Finn is asking?

Meanwhile, Li and Jack have some talking to do. Can they work out their differences or has there been too much damage? Is there any hope for reconciliation there now that Li knows her secret resentment all those years was for nothing?

Growing up is hard to do

On Wednesday, Luna and Bill (Don Diamont) get honest about parentage and family. But in what way? Luna claims her childhood was so horrendous, it drove her to murder.

Bill claims he had the same childhood but made different choices. Luna hasn’t been a parent yet, but Bill has. Can he honestly say he provided the same stable environment for his kids that he touts as being “the right way?”

Luna has told Bill about her upbringing and how it made her feel. Will Bill share his own childhood memories with Luna, and give some insight to his mom? Or will Luna get more insight into her latest fascination: Bill’s son, Will (Crew Morrow).
