On The Bold and the Beautiful, Liam Spencer collapsed twice alone, hitting his head both times. The accidental falls caused a cranial hemorrhage, a life-threatening condition. Shortly after arriving at the hospital, Liam flatlined.
What happens next to Liam on The Bold and the Beautiful

After telling her dad, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), how much she cares about Liam (Scott Clifton), Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) left the office to go give Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) a piece of her mind on Liam’s behalf. Instead, she found Liam unconscious in the walkway to the front door when she arrived. She quickly called the paramedics and went with him to the hospital.
As Liam flatlined, Steffy screamed out his name and begged the doctor to save him. “I can’t lose him!” she cried frantically. Fans remember well that last year, Liam wanted his ex-wife back, but she remained committed to her marriage to Finn (Tanner Novlan, and she and Liam were deemed very close, dear friends. Is that what Steffy meant when she panicked at the thought of losing him, or is there more to her feelings? Sometimes, in a crisis moment such as this, a person can discover that they have underlying emotions — is this one of those times?
Technically, Liam died, even if it turns out to be momentarily. Does he have his own revelations? If he is saved and wakes up, would knowing Steffy’s reaction mean more to him?
Aside from his relationship with Steffy, Liam has a lot to live for on The Bold and the Beautiful. Their daughter, Kelly, is waiting at home with Finn for her daddy to come over as planned.
Although Liam and Bill were arguing before Liam’s accident, Bill does love his son, and losing him would be tragic. He’ll be upset enough that it happened after he left and he didn’t realize that Liam was getting blurry-eyed and dizzy before he’d left him alone. Had he not stormed off, Liam would have gotten help sooner, but knowing the horrible things that he said to his son in what could be their last conversation could be a load to bear for Bill. He was cold and callous in his comments — if that was the last time he talked to Liam, would he change his ways, or would it make him even more bitter?
Hope (Annika Noelle) also expressed what seemed like remorse to her dad, Deacon (Sean Kanan), about all of the things that have gone wrong in for her since she left Liam. Is she considering he could be the good luck charm she needs back in her life?
The good news for Liam is that he has Dr. Grace Buckingham at his side, and as we learned when she helped Taylor’s broken heart, she was one of the top surgeons in the country. If she saves Liam’s life, he may have plenty of new horizons in his future.
