What to expect on The Bold and the Beautiful

Last week on The Bold and the Beautiful, Li’s (Naomi Matsuda) forced DNA test on her ex-husband Jack Finnegan (Ted King) came to a climatic end when, after berating her sister, Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) and Jack and accusing them of having an affair that resulted in a love child, the DNA test results proved otherwise. Knowing that she performed the test (without interference this time), Li accepted the results: Jack is not Luna’s (Lisa Yamada) biological father.

While Li was ranting at both of them, Jack and Poppy had some exchanges about their friendship. At one point, Jack apologized to Poppy for the way Li spoke to her. He noted that Li always was mean to her sister, and wondered why. After the test results were revealed, Li apologized to both of them, but so much damage had been done.

Jack had come to see Li hoping that she was open to a reconciliation, but instead reminded him of the reasons they broke up. On Monday, Jack and Li end up sharing a table at Il Giardino, but is the conversation off to a good start with Sheila as a reminder of why they broke up?

Even if Jack isn’t Luna’s father, he was around in Poppy’s life when she got pregnant. Will he shed some light on who the real daddy is — and why Poppy’s kept it a secret all these years?

Family relations

Meanwhile at the Forrester mansion, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) visits her parents, who are very much together. She tells them about her conversation with Finn (Tanner Novlan) and how they talked about the possibility of his parents reuniting after infidelity.

Taylor (Rebecca Budig) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) are living proof that if love and respect exist, a couple can work through anything if both people want it to work. She is happy that her parents are back together, even if it took losing the company temporarily for it to happen. Steffy can’t imagine anything coming between her and Finn and can’t wait to celebrate their wedding anniversary soon. On Monday, Steffy gets supported by Taylor and Ridge over family problems with the Finnegans. But little does she know that their problems are about to become her problems, too.
