At Quinn's house, the exasperated Quinn waved her gun around, complaining about Deacon's so-called message from the grave. Deacon played his spliced video again and said he had her number. She insisted that he was dead wrong, but he replied that he didn't want her near his daughter.

Quinn responded that Hope was married to Wyatt, who'd gifted the bride a fabulous diamond. Deacon contended that Wyatt wouldn't have had a diamond if hadn't been for mommy dearest. Quinn refused to give credence to the absurd accusations, but Deacon reasoned that they should let the police decide. She declared that she'd been friends with Ricardo, and he'd had nothing to fear from her.

Deacon asked if he had something to fear. Staring at the gun, Quinn said she wanted him with her, not against her. She lowered the weapon and added that it couldn't happen if he didn't trust her. Deacon asked what was going on in that head of Quinn's.

Quinn put the weapon away, and Deacon asked how someone like her had ever gotten a hold of a gun. "It's my second amendment right," she quipped and added that she'd had it for years because she'd been a mother on her own with a son. Quinn felt that she and Deacon were a lot alike, but he retorted that he didn't poison people to get what he wanted.

Quinn declared that she hadn't murdered Ricardo, who'd given her son the jewel because of the past kinship she'd had with him. Deacon insisted that the video didn't say that, but she contended that he'd edited to the video. She figured he was letting his imagination run away with him because of the sword incident, but she insisted that she'd been away at treatment and nowhere near Ricardo.

Deacon wasn't buying it. Quinn proffered that she'd never do something to separate herself from her son, and she thought they'd be better allies than enemies. Deacon insisted she was out of her mind. "What if I said I could get Brooke for you?" Quinn asked, and suddenly, Deacon became quiet.

"So you're gonna help me get Brooke? The woman who wouldn't give you the time of say?" Deacon incredulously asked. Quinn claimed, "We're family now." He called her delusional. Quinn said she and Deacon both wanted what they couldn't have -- security, closeness, and family. She was sure he'd give that to Brooke if Brooke gave him a chance.

Deacon declared that Brooke owed him nothing. Quinn said she'd hated Bill for years, but she'd realized that it hadn't been hate at all. Deacon chimed it that it had been lust. He revealed that he hadn't seen just Ricardo's message on the laptop. "Whips, chains, leather? Who's a naughty girl!" he haughtily derided. Quinn saw a fine line between hate and lust, and with Bill, she could have both.

"Not if Brooke has anything to say about it," Deacon responded. He noted that Bill was still in Brooke's heart, but Quinn claimed to have heard that what Deacon had shared with Brooke had far eclipsed what Brooke had shared with Ridge. Deacon asked who'd said that.

Quinn said her point was that Deacon and Brooke were all about passion, and Quinn and Bill were all about adrenaline. She figured that was why the pairs belonged together. She asked him to think about their children having their parents together, experiencing the families they'd never had before. She reasoned that if she and Deacon could pull it off together, they could make it happen.

Deacon said Quinn had given a nice speech -- transparent, but nice. Quinn insisted that if they worked together on their common goals, they could have companionship and family. Quinn was sure that Bill would wear Brooke down, and they'd be "remarried," leaving Quinn and Deacon with nothing. Quinn declared that, for her, "that" wasn't going to happen.

Deacon told Quinn that she didn't have much choice, unless he was missing something. Quinn reasoned that one provocative photo of her and Bill had almost been the end of Brooke and Bill. Deacon doubted it would work again. Quinn agreed, saying Brooke would see right through her; however, there was something at the core of Bill that he could barely control. "His temper," Deacon replied.

Quinn proposed that she and Deacon use Brooke's fear of Bill's temper and light his match to make him blow. Quinn said she was offering Deacon a way to make it happen for him with Brooke. "Oh, the way you made it happen with Ricardo?" Deacon quipped and made croaking noises.

Quinn said Deacon needed to delete the video and all the copies he'd emailed himself because it was dangerous. He agreed that it was dangerous -- in the wrong hands. She insisted that they had to act before Brooke and Bill's wedding could happen.

At Liam's house, Bill made sure Liam understood that Hope was a married woman. Liam bitterly snickered, saying he'd gotten it. Bill had hated telling Liam about the wedding. Though happy for Wyatt, Bill knew what it had cost Liam. Liam said he'd seen Hope waiting; however, fate had intervened, and Wyatt had made the most of it. Bill cited that it was who Wyatt was and who Liam wasn't.

Liam guessed that he was supposed to be like Wyatt or Bill. Bill declared that Liam had to go for what and whom he wanted, because if he hung back, he'd lose. Liam yelled that he hadn't hung back; Ivy had fallen into the Seine. "And you just had to save her," Bill dismissively added. Bill claimed to respect Liam for doing it but felt that if Liam had gotten on the plane when he had needed to, he would have been on time. "Lesson learned. Trust me!" Liam yelled.

Bill felt that he'd had a few lessons learned, but he and Brooke were back on track. Liam wondered how Brooke felt about Hope marrying Wyatt. Bill sat closer to Liam. He said Brooke wanted Hope to be happy, and he knew Liam would have made Hope happy if things had gone differently.

Liam wondered if Hope knew how close he'd been, but Bill replied that close didn't count in horseshoes or with hand grenades. Bill relayed that there were no do-overs, and when Hope and Wyatt returned, it would be a happy time for them. He said he and Brooke had decided to throw a party, and he expected Liam to be there. Liam exclaimed that there was no way, but Bill declared that Liam would.

Bill insisted there would be peace in the family with no looking back. He ordered Liam not to make mention of Paris, Ivy, or any of it to Hope. Bill said Liam would accept the marriage and move on with his life. "That's how it has to be. That's how it's going to be," Bill decided.

On the Stella Maris, Wyatt and Hope strolled around what he called the family yacht, and Hope squealed about being a Spencer. He thought she'd been crazy for jumping over the boat. Hopping onto Wyatt and locking her legs around him, she said she had to be crazy to marry him, and they kissed.

A French song played as Hope and Wyatt relaxed in different areas of the boat and hurriedly left a room with a huge photograph of Bill on the wall. Later, they discussed how nice it was for Bill to offer to throw them a party.

Wyatt exclaimed that he and Hope were married. Giggling, she asked if they were crazy or what. He called it the beginning of a great adventure. Wyatt pulled Hope close and said that he loved her. Hope replied that she loved him, too, and they kissed.

Later, Liam looked at the table full of pictures of him and Hope. The song, "Hands of Time" played, and he flashed back over their time together. He recalled giving her a ring on the runway and Wyatt giving her the diamond in the same place.

Liam grabbed the pictures one by one to place in a box, and for every outfit that Hope wore in each photo, he flashed back to the moment he'd seen her wear it. Grabbing pictures from other locations in the room, he remembered her asking him to meet her in Paris to start their life together.

At the same time Liam was boxing up his memories, Hope was on the yacht, sifting through photos from the Paris shoot. She remembered giving up waiting for Liam. She flashed back to Wyatt finding her on a bench near where she'd been waiting. She'd put on her sunglasses and wordlessly walked away with him.

Liam opened his laptop and deleted the background photo of himself and Hope. As Liam shed tears by his patio door, Hope smiled as Wyatt kissed her shoulder.

At Forrester, Ridge admired Hope for the Future designs. Katie entered, and Ridge told her that Caroline was a good designer. He added that he had designs in his head, but his hand wouldn't draw them. He held his head, and Katie handed him a glass of water to take some prescription medication on his desk.

Katie asked how he felt, and he shook his head. Katie reminded Ridge that his recovery had gone well so far, and she knew how frustrated he was that he could not draw. Katie promised that his skills would return, but Ridge was not convinced. He noted that it was the most important thing to him. "It's still in there," she said. "You're getting closer."

Brooke called and interrupted. She said that she was proofing copy at home. She asked if Ridge had new graphics he wanted her to use, and Ridge angrily said he did not. Brooke apologized for interrupting him, and Ridge hung up.

At the warehouse where Quinn lived, Quinn told Deacon that they were going to be partners in getting Brooke for Deacon and Bill for Quinn. Deacon told her she was crazy. Quinn said they had to work a little harder. Quinn had decided to visit Ridge. She added that Ridge would help them because he hated Bill and didn't want Brooke to marry him.

Deacon laughed, but Quinn suggested that Deacon needed to have faith in families. Bill, Wyatt, and Quinn were a family, and Brooke, Deacon, and Hope were a family. "It's our job as Americans to help them remember," Quinn said. She left to visit Forrester.

Outside Ridge's office, Charlie, Oliver, Pam, and Aly decided on names for a medieval song. Pam answered the phone for Ridge and told the caller that Ridge could not be disturbed. Aly asked about Ridge and said that Ridge had been grumpy and had never returned to his former personality after the accident.

Suddenly, Quinn walked by, and Pam stopped her. Charlie advised Pam to leave the building, but Quinn said she needed to talk to Ridge. No one stopped her. Quinn pushed past everyone. In Ridge's office, she apologized for startling Ridge. She said she hadn't meant any harm to him. Ridge wondered why she was not in a medical facility. She said her therapy had gone well, and part of it meant she had to make amends for the damage she had done.

Quinn eyed a prescription bottle on Ridge's desk, and she noted the discarded designs in and around the wastebasket. Ridge asked what Quinn wanted. She said that she wanted to tell Ridge how sorry she was about what had happened to him. Quinn worried that Brooke might still marry Bill. Ridge said that he knew what she wanted: Bill.

Ridge told Quinn to get out. Ridge added that Bill Spencer and Quinn were perfect for each other. Aly entered and reminded Ridge that he had to meet Katie for lunch. Ridge advised Charlie to escort Quinn away from Forrester. Ridge left.

Charlie waited for Quinn to leave the office. She exited, but she told him she had forgotten her purse. Charlie let her reenter the office, and he did not follow her. Quinn grabbed her purse and some of the sketches that Ridge had thrown in the trash can. She left.

Later, at lunch with Katie, Ridge shared that Quinn had visited him at the office. Katie wondered if Quinn wanted her job back. Ridge said that he thought Quinn wanted Ridge to muscle Bill out of Brooke's life. Ridge wondered if Katie thought that Brooke would forgive Bill and marry him. Katie said she didn't know.

Katie added that Ridge should tell Brooke about the temporary loss of his drawing skills. Katie reminded him that it was temporary. Ridge worried that it was more than that. Ridge demanded that Katie not tell anyone about his lack of drawing skills.

At Brooke's, Deacon entered. Brooke wanted him to leave at first, but she invited him in. She told him that she and Bill had planned a reception for Hope and Wyatt after they returned from their honeymoon. Deacon assumed he was uninvited, but Brooke said that Hope would want him there. Brooke insisted that Deacon respect that Bill was Wyatt's father and Hope's father-in-law. Deacon wondered if Bill would respect Deacon.

Brooke turned away. Deacon reminded Brooke of what they'd shared together. He added that they could be together again. He noted that Bill had done despicable things. Brooke said that they had all done unforgiveable things and moved on.

Deacon wasn't sure that Hope would forgive Bill. "Don't blame me for wanting what I wanted before," he said. He added that he still remembered the way Brooke felt under his hands. Brooke looked away.

At Quinn's place, she and Deacon discussed their respective visits with Ridge and Brooke. Quinn said that Ridge was arrogant, dismissive, sexist, and rude. But she added that he did hate Bill, and he was taking medication. Quinn and Deacon noted that Ridge had taken a pretty bad fall that had resulted in memory loss.

Quinn pulled some of Ridge's sketches out of her purse. Deacon noted that they looked like R.J.'s art projects. Quinn remarked that Ridge had lost his design skills. She smiled.

At Quinn's warehouse, where Quinn lived, Deacon couldn't believe that the drawings Quinn had stolen were Ridge's. Quinn wondered how long Ridge had planned to keep the secret. Deacon wondered why Ridge would want to keep it a secret that he could no longer draw. Quinn explained that Ridge was too proud and embarrassed to admit what had happened. Quinn noted that Katie and Ridge were at Il Giardino. She told Deacon they needed to go there and find out what had been happening with Ridge.

At Brooke's, Bill made a pitch to get married, but Brooke reminded Bill that he had gone too far in what he had done to Ridge. Bill agreed. He promised to focus on the relationship that he and Brooke wanted to build. "I want to focus on our future," Bill said. He sat down next to Brooke, and he promised that their families would get along. He added that there would be peace between Liam and Wyatt because he had faith that Hope could accomplish that. "She is an exceptional young lady," he said.

Brooke wondered how Bill planned to mend fences with Ridge, and Bill vowed to become Ridge's new best friend and golf buddy. Brooke maintained that Bill needed to respect family. Bill agreed, and he promised to be a good stepfather to Brooke's sons and daughters. He added that he would get along with her sisters and even invite Ridge to his poker games.

Brooke giggled and said that Bill had lofty goals. Brooke worried that Hope had a crazy mother-in-law, but Bill felt she could handle it. Bill told Brooke that he had changed and promised to be a better man because of Brooke. Bill reminded Brooke of all the fun they'd had.

Brooke flashed back to the balloon trip, the trip to Paris, and their time in Abu Dhabi. "Marry me. Stay in this incredible adventure with me," Bill said. Brooke agreed to marry Bill. She giggled, and they kissed. Bill called the captain of his yacht and informed him that Bill and Brooke would be marrying on the yacht in the next few days -- after Brooke and Bill hosted a party to welcome Hope and Wyatt home.

At Liam's place, Aly and Ivy tried to convince Liam to tell Hope that he had been at the Eiffel Tower and had waited for Hope. Ivy apologized for falling into the Seine and preventing Liam from getting to the appointed spot at the appointed time. Ivy reminded Liam that he had not been that late. She was surprised that Hope had not waited.

"You have to tell Hope. She needs to know you were there," Aly said. Liam reminded Ivy and Aly that Hope had married Wyatt the very same day that she was supposed to marry Liam. Ivy and Aly maintained that it was never too late. Liam said that nothing would change it.

Liam flashed back to rescuing Ivy and then racing to the appointed spot in a soaking wet suit as fast as he could. He lamented that he had been late enough for Hope to run off with Wyatt. Aly said that Wyatt probably had pressured Hope. Liam agreed, but he said it had been all on him. He refused to blame anyone else. Ivy and Aly said that Liam had been a hero and a gentleman. Liam shared that his father had told him to let it go, and Liam agreed Bill was correct.

At Il Giardino, an outdoor restaurant, Ridge told Katie that he had worried that Brook would still marry Bill. Katie was silent. Ridge said that he was reminded every day of what Bill had personally done to him by dropping him out of a helicopter. Ridge could no longer draw.

Katie encouraged Ridge to tell Brooke about his temporary loss of skills, but Ridge refused. Katie reminded Ridge that they had to attend a party that Bill and Brooke had planned for Hope and Wyatt. Ridge promised to attend because he had raised Hope and felt like her father. He loved her. Ridge wondered why Brooke couldn't see what everyone else saw in Bill.

Ridge complained that he had lost his identity. Katie again encouraged Ridge to tell Brooke. Ridge refused and begged Katie to keep the news between them.

Deacon and Quinn sat nearby and listened intently to Ridge and Katie's conversation. Katie admitted that she hated to see Ridge struggle. She lamented that Bill had gotten away with all he had done. Katie again encouraged Ridge to tell Brooke what Bill had cost him. She reminded Ridge that he could have died.

Nearby, Quinn and Deacon overheard that Bill had been guilty of costing Ridge his ability to draw. Quinn smiled.

At Forrester in the morning, Ivy and Aly prepared to leave for the party, but Aly didn't know how to congratulate Hope on a wedding that never should have happened. Ivy knew it wouldn't be easy to show that kind of class. Aly insisted that Liam needed to tell Hope the truth at the party.

At the cliff house, Bill informed Liam that the newlyweds had arrived in town, and Bill expected Liam to be at the party that day. Liam exclaimed that Bill shouldn't count on it. Bill reasoned that Liam had to learn to live with it sooner or later, and Bill warned Liam not to tell Hope about Liam's Paris trip.

Liam asserted that if he'd been on time, he and Hope would be having the party. Bill replied that it hadn't happened that way, and Liam had to put it behind him. Liam contended that he might be able to do it if he didn't have to show his face at Brooke's house.

Bill said that it was a family gathering, and Bill was laying down the law. Liam stated he would show up -- hand-to-God -- if Bill called the newlyweds, and they said they wanted Liam to be there. Bill called Wyatt, who readily said he didn't want Liam at the party, causing a scene. Bill said he'd take care of that. After the call, Liam asked what Wyatt had said. "Oh, yeah, he wants you there," Bill lied.

Liam was stunned, and Bill said that Liam shouldn't prolong the inevitable. Liam asked if Bill knew how much Liam had loved that girl. Grasping Liam's shoulders, Bill replied that he knew, and he was glad to hear Liam using the past tense. Bill told Liam that he had to man up and accept that Hope was Wyatt's wife. Liam nodded, and he and Bill hugged.

In Katie's bedroom, Ridge sighed, staring at his sophomoric drawings. Katie, dressed in white, asked why he wasn't ready. He murmured that he wasn't going, but she replied that it would mean a lot to Hope if he did. He wasn't thrilled about being around Bill, a new, distant member of Ridge's family. "Well, not so-distant if he marries Brooke," Ridge quipped.

Katie was sure that Brooke would soon have to be done with Bill -- once she knew everything. Katie wanted to tell Brooke, but Ridge stated that if Brooke knew he'd lost his talent, everyone would know. Katie believed it was only a temporary loss, and she wanted Bill to pay for what he'd done. Ridge promised that Bill would pay, but for the time being, she and Ridge had to keep it to themselves.

Ridge dressed for the party. He sighed, saying that it was another wedding, and there was one more happening in the future. Katie smiled, and he warned her to keep him away from Spencer.

At Quinn's loft, Deacon buttoned his cuffs, and Quinn looked at Ridge's discarded drawings. Quinn theorized that Brooke would be done with Bill once she heard about Ridge's issue, but Deacon said that if the word got out, Ridge would be washed-up as a designer. Quinn declared that on that day, Brooke would learn what Bill had done to Ridge's talent, and it would be a win-win for the "good guys."

Quinn flashed back to her long past with Bill. She stated that the drawings held the key to her and Deacon's future. Her plan was for her and Deacon to arrive separately at the party because only Wyatt knew that they lived together, and Brooke would learn that Ridge had become a former shell of himself, thanks to Bill.

Deacon figured that Bill would hate Quinn for dropping the bomb, but Quinn replied that Deacon would do it. Reasoning that Brooke had been grateful when he'd dropped the Abu Dhabi bombshell, Quinn figured Brooke would be even more so when he dropped "this sucker" into her lap.

At Brooke's house, Hope and Wyatt rushed in, and Brooke, dressed in white, ecstatically congratulated them. The three discussed who'd be at the party, and Hope wanted Ridge and Deacon to be there. Brooke wasn't sure about Ridge, but Hope had faith that he'd show up. Wyatt wished Brooke could have been at the wedding. Brooke wished she'd been there, too, because it had been a day she'd thought about for a long time.

Brooke thought it was a shame that Quinn wouldn't be there, but Wyatt stated that Quinn had been released from her therapy. Hope added that Wyatt had said that Quinn was doing better. Tensely, Brooke replied that it was nice. Brooke added that Hope should know that Liam would be there, too.

Later, Brooke was helping the caterers in the kitchen when Quinn arrived, beaming about loving parties. Brooke faked a smile as she remarked that the wedding of their children was special. Quinn had always known it would happen and felt that things always turned out as they should. At Brooke's scowl, Quinn said that Brooke could go ahead and ask about the therapy.

Brooke murmured that Quinn seemed better. Quinn replied that she'd never felt more alive or ready for the next challenge. Quinn apologized for her part in the incident at Brooke's wedding. Brooke dismissed it, saying she just wanted to put it behind her. Quinn said that Brooke was truly blessed by Ridge's loyalty. Squinting with irritation, Brooke replied that Ridge was a true friend.

When Ivy and Aly arrived, Quinn was lingering in the background listening to their small talk with Brooke. Brooke reluctantly introduced Ivy to Quinn, who chattily noted that Ivy had replaced Quinn at Forrester. Deacon then arrived, and Quinn and Deacon pretended to meet for the first time.

Brooke took Aly and Ivy into the main room, and Quinn ordered Deacon to stop clowning around and do the job he had to do that day. Deacon suggested that Quinn take a breather.

Upstairs, Hope had changed into a white dress. Wyatt and she joked around when he said she looked okay. Hope asked if he thought Liam would show up, and Wyatt replied that Liam probably wanted a clean break. Hope unconvincingly agreed, adding that it was why Liam hadn't been in Paris.

Changing the subject, Wyatt said it was unreal. He'd had one wish in his life, and it had become true. He and Hope hugged.

Downstairs, Rick, Donna, and Carter mingled. Carter answered the front door for Maya and bit out that the Forrester wannabe had arrived. Scowling, Maya narrowed her gaze on Quinn and asked who'd let her out. Maya also remarked that Aly was there without Oliver in tow. Carter asked Maya to be nice -- if at all possible.

Liam and Bill arrived. Quinn waved at Liam, and Liam asked Bill what she was doing there. Bill replied that "looney tunes" was the groom's mother. Quinn pranced up to greet them, and she asked Liam to forgive her. "Is this one of your twelve steps?" Liam quipped. Liam hoped she was indeed a woman changed from the one who'd tried to kill him.

Quinn asked if everyone could put that issue aside on the special day, and Liam marched off to get a drink. Quinn asked if she could offer Bill a drink. "No," he bit out and walked off.

Next, Katie and Ridge arrived, and Brooke and Deacon greeted them. Hand-in-hand, Wyatt and Hope descended the stairs. Bill asked everyone to gather around as he made the first toast to the newlyweds. Liam looked away as everyone cheered, and Hope and Wyatt kissed.

Hope hugged the guests, and her eyes locked with Liam's. They stared at each other wordlessly until Bill noticed and asked Liam if he intended to congratulate the bride.

At the party, Bill urged Liam to congratulate the bride. Liam and Hope stared at each other. Standing behind Hope, Wyatt thanked Liam -- and everyone else -- for being at the celebration.

Bill remarked that an easy elopement was the way to go, and he glanced at Brooke. The humored Wyatt cooed that nothing marked success like proposing after a winning photo shoot. Rick stated that the press had lapped it up, and Quinn asked why Hope wasn't wearing the jewel.

Hope said she'd accepted the diamond for the line, not herself. She explained that the stone was in Paris, on display, and would tour around Europe. Brooke and Liam seemed to resist the urge to cringe as Quinn hoped the diamond created as much success for the line as it had Hope's relationship.

Later, everyone conversed in groups, and Wyatt approached Hope. As Hope observed Bill, Ivy, and Liam talking together, Wyatt suggested that he and Hope mingle and give the people what they wanted.

Brooke approached to hug the two and welcome Wyatt to the family. Donna and Katie gave their well-wishes and warned Wyatt that they'd watch him to make sure he kept Hope happy.

Hope and Wyatt strolled over to Deacon, who couldn't believe that, at the very time he'd made his way back into Hope's life, she'd gotten a husband. Hope replied that, married or not, a girl would always need her dad, and the father and daughter hugged.

Wyatt noticed that Rick needed rescuing from Maya. Hope and Wyatt interrupted Maya's conversation with Rick, and Hope asked where Caroline was. Rick said his wife was visiting her mothers. Hope and Wyatt left to find Quinn, and Maya told Rick not to rush to look at her photos. She was sure he'd be busy with his wife out of town.

Wyatt and Hope found Quinn on the terrace. Quinn offered to leave the party to make everyone comfortable, but Hope said it was a family party. Quinn promised to be a good mother-in-law, and touching Hope's arm, Quinn stated that Quinn had a whole new life ahead of her.

Bill interrupted and sent Wyatt and Hope inside for Brooke's toast. When Bill turned to follow them, Quinn touched his arm and said she wouldn't bite -- unless he wanted it. Bill stated that he was tolerating her for their son's sake, and he strode inside, where Brooke gathered everyone for a toast.

Brooke toasted to her daughter and the man who'd whisked Hope away from the Eiffel Tower to make her his bride. As glasses clinked, Ivy and Liam didn't toast. Ivy whispered to Liam that he had to tell Hope that he'd tried to meet her in Paris.

Rick and Eric congratulated Wyatt and Hope on their success. "You mean the photo shoot or the wedding?" Wyatt asked. Rick claimed that the social media campaign had been a hit, and Wyatt and Hope and the line were trending.

Maya tapped Rick's shoulder, and he turned from his conversation. Maya remarked that Caroline had left him all alone, but he said he had plenty of company with Aly, Ivy, and his father across the courtyard in the main house. Maya asked when Caroline would be back. Rick replied that Maya's engagement not lasting didn't mean the rest of them weren't happy with who they were with. He walked off, and Maya scoffed, "Whatever..."

Wyatt approached Liam and said Bill shouldn't have put Liam on the spot earlier. Wyatt felt that it was enough that Liam was there. Wyatt figured that it had to be a relief to Liam that the back-and-forth had ended and Hope had made a decision. He hoped Liam could accept it and one day support it.

Liam said nothing, and Wyatt turned to the others in the room to make his own toast. Hope joined him, and he thanked everyone for putting aside their differences to be there. Wyatt claimed that the marriage united them, and he thanked Hope for choosing to spend her life with him.

Hope said it was exactly how she'd envisioned beginning a marriage -- with family and friends. She thanked everyone for their support. Aly and Oliver tried not to frown, and across the room, Ivy insisted that Liam tell Hope that he'd been in Paris.

Deacon watched Brooke hug Hope, and he flashed back to telling the sobbing Brooke that he'd be there for her and their unborn baby. In the flashback, Brooke told him that she'd give anything for a life with him. He'd responded that she didn't have to give anything; it was right there for the taking.

Deacon whispered to Quinn that he knew he could make Brooke happier than the self-indulgent Bill. Observing Wyatt, Hope, Brooke, and Bill laughing together across the room, Quinn said Brooke and Bill would be together if Deacon didn't stop it "now."

Nearby, Ridge and Katie were also watching Brooke and Bill. Katie snickered that Brooke had forgiven Bill. Ridge replied that it couldn't happen because he didn't want Bill around Brooke or his son. Katie said that if Ridge didn't want that, then he'd tell Brooke the truth about his design issues.

Brooke went to the kitchen, and Deacon followed her there to ask if she'd forgiven Bill. Brooke said Deacon had to have seen it going that way. She felt that Bill had made some mistakes, but he was changing. Deacon declared that Bill was still hurting people that she loved.

Brooke insisted that Bill had changed, and she'd forgive him for his past deeds. Deacon asserted that Ridge didn't want her to know that he'd been hurt worse by Bill's last deed than he'd let on. Brooke didn't know what Deacon was talking about, so he asked how Ridge's designs were going.

Brooke said Ridge was rolling out a new couture line. Deacon asked if she'd seen the drawings, but she wasn't sure she had. He said it was because the designs didn't exist, and Ridge was pretending to design when, in truth, something about hitting the water had incapacitated his ability to do so.

Brooke didn't believe it, but Deacon told her to ask Ridge herself. "The greatest passion in his life -- Bill took it from him!" Deacon accused.

Later, Brooke was alone when Ridge entered. He'd wondered where "Logan" had gone off to. Brooke relayed that she'd been disturbed by something she'd just heard about his fall, and she asked if he was okay. He said that he was, and when she asked if he'd recovered, he said he had. She asked if he could draw, and he asked what kind of question that was.

Brooke pondered the notion that Bill had "taken" the drawing ability from Ridge. When she looked into Ridge's eyes, she gasped at the realization in them and cupped his face.

Back at the party, Quinn approached Bill to discuss how proud she was of the son they'd created. "In spite of being raised by you, he turned out all right," Bill responded, and she chuckled.

Quinn said she cared about Bill, and Bill drew in a frustrated breath. She added that it wasn't all hearts and flowers, but she'd do anything for him. Bill told her not to let the celebration for Hope and Wyatt delude her, and Bill ordered her to accept that his life was with Brooke.

On the sofa, Ivy, Hope, and Aly sat, listening to Carter joke that the officiating sea captain had been a hack, and Carter would have done a better ceremony. He told Hope to go with him the next time, but she replied that there wouldn't be a next time. He asked to see wedding pictures, and Hope hopped up to retrieve her phone from upstairs.

Ivy and Aly rushed over to tell Liam that Hope was upstairs, and they'd distract Wyatt while Liam went up there to talk to Hope. Liam raced up the steps, and the ladies sat down with Wyatt, claiming to want all the details about the press conference, the photo shoot, and the wedding.

"And the honeymoon," Aly dreamily added. Wyatt's brow crinkled with suspicion. He said he'd tell them all about it, but first, he had to find Hope.

Upstairs, Hope located her phone. Behind her, Liam entered and closed the door. She told him that he shouldn't be there. "You shouldn't be married," he responded. Hope said Liam had no right to tell her who to marry because he hadn't been there to meet her in Paris.

Liam replied that he couldn't imagine what it had been like for Hope, and she readily responded that it had been humiliating. "When that clock struck three, I thought for sure that you'd be there. I waited for you. I looked for you. I made excuses for you. But, no, I really didn't expect to be let down like that," she tearfully told him.
