In Rick's office, Hope wished she could make out with Liam all day, but she had a meeting about considering Ivy for the new line. Hope was sad that Wyatt had lost so much due to Quinn. Liam noted that Wyatt had lost Hope, and Hope replied that Liam had been kind not to rub it in Wyatt's face. Liam remarked that the three of them would be family soon, and they should begin to act like it.
Liam and Hope crossed the hall to the CEO's office, where Eric, Rick, Ivy, Aly, Oliver, Maya, and Carter had gathered. Ivy had just asked if Eric was going to offer her an internship, but he replied that it was nothing like that. Rick explained that they wanted to groom Ivy to replace Quinn Artisan Jewelers, and it was their hope that Ivy's jewelry would be in Forrester boutiques worldwide.
Ivy seemed overwhelmed by the unexpected offer. She didn't know if she could just shut down her Sydney operation to work in Los Angeles. Eric offered her use of the jet for whenever she needed it, but she said that she'd need someone to assist her locally.
Later, Hope and Liam returned to Rick's office and discussed Ivy's predicament of needing a local assistant. Liam guessed that Hope wanted to rehire Wyatt, and she cautiously replied that she was thinking about it. She was sad that Wyatt was paying the price for Quinn, but he'd done nothing wrong. Liam agreed with Hope and felt it had been unfair that Wyatt had grown up with a psycho mother.
Hope asked if Liam was okay with Wyatt being at Forrester. Though Liam still felt a little leery about trusting Wyatt, Wyatt had saved Liam's life, and the brotherly part of Liam was willing to give it a chance. Hope exclaimed in joy and hugged and kissed Liam.
Back in the CEO's office, Rick asked Carter to stay after the meeting to discuss something. Rick wanted to "come clean" with Carter, just as Rick had done with Caroline. Carter smiled as he expectantly awaited Rick's news, but his grin faded when Rick revealed that Maya had made a pass at him in the steam room.
Carter asked if it was a joke, and Rick replied that he wouldn't make it up. Carter gasped. Rick said he hadn't felt right about it, and he didn't want Carter to be in the dark. Just then, Maya entered, and Rick asked if Carter would be okay. Carter said he would, and Rick wordlessly left.
Maya asked why Carter wouldn't be okay, and he said it depended upon her. "Did you come onto Rick in the steam room?" Carter pointedly asked.
In the studio, Oliver sat Aly down to tell that when they'd first met, he'd underestimated her. Through time, he'd learned how beautiful and strong she was. Aly said he'd helped her to change, he'd supported her through difficult times, and he'd accepted her the way she was.
Oliver said that Aly was pretty much perfect to him, and Aly remarked that he'd never judged her for talking to her mother or having a room full of HFTF memorabilia. She stated that nothing he could say would change how she felt about him. Oliver wasn't so sure, and she prompted him to try her.
Oliver hoped he wouldn't regret it, but he indicated that he had to tell Aly something. He explained that they'd begun seeing each other around the time that he'd been freaked out about losing his job, and Maya had accused him of using Aly to keep it. Aly was shocked that Maya had done that and felt that it was wrong and inappropriate.
Oliver said Maya had overheard him saying that Aly should be the face of HFTF, and Maya had recorded him without his knowledge. He relayed that he'd said some things, and he'd need Aly's understanding and forgiveness. He believed that he'd screwed up, but the recording didn't change how he felt about Aly. Aly asked if it was really that bad, and she wondered what he'd said on the recording.
At the beach house, Wyatt watched Ricardo's video. Ricardo said that he and Wyatt had shared a kinship with the stone, and the mother of all diamonds had become Wyatt's.
Wyatt heard a knock at the door. Deacon was there to get an update about Quinn and to see how Wyatt was doing. Wyatt said that Quinn claimed to be getting the help that she needed, and he'd gotten a little help of his own. "That's mine," Wyatt said, opening the diamond case.
Not sure that it was real, Deacon casually picked the diamond up. Wyatt warned Deacon to handle it with respect. "Is this from the diamond heist?" Deacon excitedly asked. Wyatt promised that it wasn't stolen. He said that a former friend and business associate had passed away suddenly, and having no family, he'd left Wyatt the HFTF diamond.
Wyatt called it a flawless force of nature and claimed that it had magical powers. Deacon chuckled. Wyatt insisted that it was so, and it had made him and Hope closer. Wyatt mumbled that he'd told Hope that he'd give it to her one day, but he and Liam had become closer since the sword incident.
Deacon didn't understand why Hope was with Liam if Wyatt and she had indeed been in love the way Wyatt claimed. Wyatt revealed that there had been a pregnancy scare, and he sometimes wished that Hope had been pregnant. It would have led to a marriage.
Wyatt relayed that the thought of children had frightened Hope, and Liam had demanded equal time with her. Wyatt felt that what he'd had with Hope could have gone up against Liam any day, but Quinn's actions had broken them. Deacon said he could have sworn he'd heard Wyatt say he'd accepted Hope and Liam. Wyatt replied that he wasn't sure he'd ever be able to give up on a future with Hope.
Wyatt didn't think it was a coincidence that the diamond was back, and he remarked that it had made him and Hope close before. Wyatt received a call from Hope, and he grinned knowingly at Deacon when she asked him to meet her at Forrester right away. After the call, Deacon stated that the diamond seemed to be working its magic already. Wyatt picked up the diamond and grinned.
Later, Wyatt grinned as he entered Rick's office but looked confused when he saw Liam there with Hope. Hope announced that she and Liam had an offer for him. Wyatt asked if they needed janitorial services. Laughing, Hope said that she and Liam agreed that Wyatt had been through hell.
Hope conveyed that Forrester had found a new jewelry designer who was based in Australia and would need local help if she were to work on HFTF in Los Angeles. Wyatt asked if Forrester was considering him for the job, and Hope replied that she and Liam couldn't think of anyone better.
Wyatt asked if Liam was really okay with it, and Liam said he trusted Wyatt. "You realize what you just said, right?" Wyatt asked. He offered to let Liam take it back, but Liam didn't want to. Wyatt felt that it was huge, and they had to be brothers at that point. Liam agreed that they were and said it was time they acted like it.
Wyatt felt that the job was fantastic, and he was happy to take it. He was bewildered by Hope and Liam's acceptance of him and willingness to give him a chance despite his mother. It meant a lot to him. Liam jokingly said not to screw it up, and he hugged Wyatt.

At Forrester, Hope, Liam, and Wyatt met in Hope's office. Hope and Liam insisted that Forrester needed Wyatt. Wyatt agreed that Forrester was where he wanted to be. He was pleased that Hope and Liam trusted him. Hope announced that Wyatt would have to work out details with Rick to work on the new jewelry line. Wyatt was happy to be back in the building and part of the team. He considered himself lucky, and he said he had been worried about how he was going to get back to work, and he figured it would take a miracle.
Wyatt said that he had another shot at the future he had planned. He pointed out that the Hope for the Future diamond had been a sign of good luck. Liam and Hope looked doubtful, but Wyatt continued that Hope and Liam had given him a priceless gift: their forgiveness. Hope left.
Wyatt and Liam expressed that they had both changed. Liam said that Wyatt had saved his life, and Wyatt said that he was changed man. Liam added that he trusted Wyatt and that Wyatt was his best man -- for his weeding and more. Wyatt said that the bow tie was not his style, and they argued about bow ties, but they laughed. They noted that they had been at each other's throats for so long, it might take time to learn to get along. Liam asked Wyatt not to let him down. Wyatt promised not to let Liam down, and they embraced, but Wyatt looked pensive.
In another office at Forrester, after Rick had told Carter that Maya had joined him in the steam room and tried to kiss him, Carter confronted Maya. Carter insisted that he wanted the truth. He asked if Maya had hit on Rick. Maya admitted that she had. "Maya what is this? What's going on with you?" Carter asked.
Maya explained that she had almost been a Forrester when she'd been with Rick. She lamented that she had been so close. She needed closure with Rick. Carter scoffed that Maya had embarrassed herself. He wondered why she'd taken so long to make wedding plans, but he had found his answer. She wanted to be a Forrester.
Carter told Maya it was over. Maya argued that she wanted to marry Carter, but Carter said she had no dignity. She didn't want to marry him. Maya begged Carter to reconsider, but he refused. Carter was disgusted, and he walked out on her.
In the photo studio at Forrester, Oliver tried to make Aly understand that he had spoken to Maya in anger after Ridge had fired him. He explained that Maya had accused him of using Aly, and Maya had recorded an unflattering conversation where Oliver had not been kind. Aly asked what exactly Oliver had said.
Oliver said that Maya was also vengeful because she had overheard him say that Aly should be the face of HFTF. He added that he'd said some things he wasn't proud of. Aly demanded to know what he had said. "I was telling Maya how much I liked hanging out with you," Oliver said. He confessed that he'd added that he considered her job security.
Aly was hurt. She said that he had been pretending all along. Aly lamented that she had shown Oliver her true self. Oliver said he had loved getting to know her. Aly noted that he'd only put up with her as long as he'd had to. Oliver disagreed and said that he had been happier than he had ever been since he had been with Aly.
Aly insisted that he had felt sorry for her. Aly was disappointed. "You were my first love and my first kiss," she said. Oliver apologized. He promised to prove himself. Aly refused. Oliver refused to allow her to break up with him over a recording.
Aly maintained that she no longer knew what was real. "I just can't be with someone like that. You were my knight in shining armor," she said. Oliver begged her to forgive him, but Aly left. Oliver looked heartbroken, and he followed Aly out of the room. He called after her.

At Forrester, Ridge tried to sketch, but he was still frustrated. He had done better than the last time he had tried, but he was still unable to put his ideas on paper. Katie was nearby. She offered to leave if she had been a distraction. Ridge asked her to stay. They embraced. "I can't connect my mind and my hands," Ridge said.
Ridge let his mind wander, and he saw the helicopter blades and the Spencer logo on a jacket. He threw out another sketch, and he noted that he never should have gone to Abu Dhabi. Katie and Ridge discussed that he'd had the right motive -- to save Brooke from marrying Bill. Katie blamed Quinn for sending a photo that had made Ridge think it was necessary to save Brooke from Bill. "I wanted your sister to know the truth, and it was a waste," Ridge said. He lamented that he he'd tried to pull of off a cartoon hero caper.
Ridge recalled getting into the helicopter with Brooke. He should have buckled up, he said. And then he remembered the helicopter banked. He stopped as if he'd remembered something else. Ridge grabbed his phone. "What are you doing," ?" Katie asked. "Getting some answers," Ridge replied.
Ridge called Kyle, the Forrester private airplane pilot. Ridge asked who had piloted the helicopter that Ridge had chartered. Kyle said that the helicopter Ridge had chartered had never left the airport. Ridge argued that a chopper had picked up Brooke and Ridge, but Kyle maintained that it had not been the chartered helicopter. Ridge wondered whose helicopter it had been and who the pilot had been. Kyle had no idea. Ridge hung up.
Ridge told Katie that he remembered more each day. He insisted that he had seen a Spencer Publications logo. He wanted to find out the truth. Katie maintained that it had been an accident, but Ridge didn't think it was an accident. He promised that if it had been an accident, he would let it go, but he didn't believe anything about it had been accidental. He believed it was had been part of a plan.
Ridge flashed back to when he he'd climbed into the helicopter. He remembered the Spencer logo and realized they had been in the wrong helicopter. Ridge looked like he remembered more about the incident.
In another office at Forrester, Maya looked at photos. Oliver entered and asked if she had seen Aly. Maya answered that she had not seen her but intended to see her before she left Forrester. Oliver explained that he had fallen in love with Aly, and he had already told her about the recording.
Maya smirked and said that he had lost Aly, but Oliver disagreed. "She'll never believe you again," Maya said. Oliver left, and Maya lamented that they had both lost Forresters. Carter entered and told Maya that he hoped her actions had not ruined things for Aly and Oliver the same way she had ruined things for Maya and Carter. He left.
Oliver continued to look for Aly, and Aly hid from Oliver. In an office, Aly spoke to the vision of her mother. Aly told her mother, Darla, that she had made a mistake in thinking that Oliver had cared about her. Darla reminded Aly there was nothing to fear. Darla wondered if Aly was sure that Oliver didn't care about her.
Aly told her mother that Oliver had confessed that he had originally dated her to keep his job, but his feelings had changed and he truly cared about her. Darla reminded Aly to trust her feelings and her heart. Aly said that Oliver had been her knight in shining armor.
Darla advised her Aly not to forget her feelings for Oliver. Pam entered wearing a medieval costume, and Aly shared that Oliver had been insincere. Aly worried that she couldn't be with someone who had led her on. Aly maintained that Oliver had only wanted to keep his job.
Pam believed Oliver had been sincere about his feelings. Aly confessed that she wanted to believe him, but she didn't want to see him. They could hear Oliver shouting Aly's name in the corridor outside the office. Charlie entered in his medieval costume.
Charlie and Pam convinced Aly to attend another medieval feast with them. "Let's storm the castle," Charlie said. Aly smiled. Charlie, Aly, and Pam exited the office and sneaked into the Forrester main lobby to hide from Oliver. They headed toward the elevator. In the hallway, Oliver ran into Carter, and Carter told Oliver that he had been rooting for Aly and Oliver as a couple. Oliver looked toward the elevator and saw Pam, Charlie, and Aly leave in their medieval garb.
At Spencer, Justin told Bill that he had been worried about contracts that Carter had at Forrester. Justin said he had run into Ridge at Forrester, and he Ridge had been weird. Bill told Justin to stop worrying because Ridge would be groggy for weeks. Justin worried that Ridge would get his memory back, and Bill disagreed.
Justin said that Bill need to be realistic and understand that if Ridge did find out what had happened, he would be like a mad dog looking for answers "in a cold sweat of comeuppance." Bill reminded Justin that there had been no flight plan, and the only two people who knew about the chopper were Bill and Justin. Bill maintained that they had to agree that the helicopter had never taken off. There had been no flight plan, and the only two people who knew the truth were Bill and Justin. Bill believed they were in the clear.
At the medieval feast, Pam, Charlie, and Aly sat down to their feast, and Aly looked depressed. Behind the stage curtain, Oliver looked out into the audience and spotted Aly.

In the Forrester CEO's office, Katie wanted Ridge to calm down and take a break, but he roared that he didn't want to do that because he was close to remembering. He sensed there was a reason he kept remembering the Spencer logo, so Bill and Justin had to be involved in the incident somehow. Katie asked how that could be, and Ridge suggested that they see what Bill would say for himself.
Katie asked Ridge to slow down and think things through. Ridge claimed that he was thinking. He wanted to know whose helicopter he'd been in, who'd been flying it, and where Justin had been at the time. She reasoned that Bill hadn't known Ridge had been headed to the wedding, but Ridge guessed that Quinn had warned Bill.
To Katie, it didn't make sense for Quinn to do that because Quinn hadn't wanted the wedding to happen, and Katie didn't think Bill had had time to get a helicopter in the air when he hadn't even known to expect Ridge. Ridge knew it sounded implausible; however, his memories kept getting clearer and clearer, and he couldn't let Bill get away with the incident.
Katie suggested that it had been a freak accident. Ridge asserted that Justin had piloted the plane, and Bill had given the order. She corrected that it had been a helicopter, but Ridge quipped that he knew what it had been.
Katie still wanted to be cautious because they were talking about attempted murder. Ridge said he'd punched Bill and humiliated him by taking his bride away, so Bill had wanted revenge. Ridge decided he was going to Brooke's house to confront Bill. Katie asked Ridge to sleep on it. "You can sleep on it -- or you can come with me," Ridge stated.
At Brooke's house, Bill and Brooke cuddled on the sofa. Bill was happy about how everything had turned out for them and said he'd do it all again if he had to. He talked about having a drive-through wedding in Las Vegas that night. Brooke was flattered by the elopement talk, but to her, it sounded as if Bill was anxious to marry her before she changed her mind about him.
Bill tensed, but Brooke added that it would be impossible because she'd never been more sure about anything than she was about him. She felt that it was natural to be anxious after what had happened in Abu Dhabi, but she was glad that Ridge was okay and on his way to fully recovering.
Bill was still anxious about pinning down a wedding date. Brooke assured him that they'd do it, even if they had to run off alone. That sounded good to Bill, who said people didn't get them anyway. He said that she got him, though. Brooke replied that he was just misunderstood. She saw him as her great protector, and with a kiss, she stated that she loved that about him.
Brooke envisioned a wonderful wedding, during which everyone got along. Bill called her ambitious. She felt that Ridge's accident had taught them all patience and understanding.
As Brooke and Bill talked, the front door opened. Katie and Ridge entered, and Katie stated that she was sorry to barge in. Bill seemed to be about to include them in the wedding talk: however, Ridge interrupted to say that he'd been struggling to remember, but he knew what Bill had done.
Ridge asserted that Justin had been flying the helicopter, and the fall had been no accident. "You made that happen," Ridge accused.
At the castle, Charlie and Pam excitedly sat in the blue section, and Pam told the morose Aly to have fun and forget about Oliver. Unbeknownst to them, Oliver was in the building, peeking at Aly from backstage. Oliver sneaked into wardrobe and heard some actors complaining that the actor who played the yellow knight was late as usual. When the actors exited, Oliver looked at the costume and smiled.
In the arena, the jousting began, but all Aly could think about was her night there with Oliver. Aly was surprised to look up and see her costumed mother watching the match. Darla told Aly to relax because Darla had a feeling that everything would be okay.
Backstage, Oliver, clad in a black and yellow knight's costume, mounted a horse, and as the horse strode forward into the arena, the novice rider Oliver wobbled unsteadily. Pam exclaimed that the yellow knight had arrived, and Aly wondered who he'd give the carnation to. They watched as the knight struggled to remain on the horse, and Pam exclaimed that he was headed their way.
Pam lurched forward in anticipation of getting the carnation, but Charlie pulled her back down in her seat. The yellow knight tossed the carnation to Aly and removed his helmet to reveal himself. Aly smiled to see Oliver grinning at her. Oliver tried to take the horse backstage, but another actor grabbed the reigns and pulled Oliver and his horse back to the ring to joust.
Charlie, Pam, and Aly grew anxious when they realized that Oliver would have to joust. They covered their eyes, but Oliver surprised them by remaining mounted after the first hit. The second hit knocked him off his horse, and Aly hopped from her seat as he rolled through the dirt.
An actor asked for Oliver's helmet, but Oliver tried to explain that he wasn't the real actor. The actor said it didn't matter, and he shoved Oliver toward the sword fight portion of the show.
Aly watched as Oliver was losing the fight, and the Darla vision shrieked that she couldn't watch. Aly jumped from her seat and ran down into the arena. She yelled for the winning knight to stop just as he was about to stab Oliver. She ran to the king and queen's box and begged them to spare the knight's life. The king asked why she'd made the request, and she said it was the noblest cause of all -- love.
The crowd swooned, and Aly admitted that the knight wasn't an actor; he was her boyfriend. The king decreed that the life of the yellow knight would be spared. Oliver got up, knelt before Aly, and kissed her hand. The crowd erupted into cheers, and Aly and Oliver humbly took it all in.

At the castle, Oliver and Aly rushed into the lobby, and he was grateful that she'd saved him. He claimed he wasn't the same guy in the recording, and he'd had to let her know that. She reasoned that buying a ticket would have been easier, but he replied that he'd needed to get her attention.
Blushing, Aly assured Oliver that he'd gotten it, but he could have been hurt. Oliver didn't care. He'd been prepared to challenge each knight in the building to prove his trustworthiness to Aly.
Aly asked Oliver how he'd even known she'd be there. He explained that he'd seen her in the Forrester elevator in her costume, and she figured that he'd just had to be in the show. Oliver joked that it had been more like crashing it because he hadn't done an audition beforehand.
A family interrupted Oliver and Aly to ask them to pose for a picture, and afterward, Pam and Charlie entered and voiced their amazement at Oliver's performance. Charlie wanted to know how Oliver had gotten by the top-notch security, but before Oliver could answer, Pam pulled the four of them together to take a photo with friends.
While snapping the picture, Pam asked if they were all friends still, and Oliver looked at Aly. Pam and Charlie left Oliver and Aly to talk alone. Oliver said he'd screwed up, but he'd cared about Aly since day one. She said she knew it. She decided to forgive him, as long as he told the truth no matter what.
Aly ordered Oliver never to scare her again. She'd thought he'd been as good as dead during the jousting. Oliver made a show of his jousting bravado and said his lady had needed her carnation.
Aly realized that she didn't have the flower. As Aly looked around on the floor for the carnation, the Darla vision made it appear in Oliver's hands, which were tucked behind his back. Oliver frowned in surprise upon feeling something in his hand. Smiling, he gave the flower to Aly.
At Brooke's house, Bill admitted that he was a powerful man who could do many things. "But controlling a helicopter from the ground?" he asked. Ridge said he'd seen something. Bill guessed Ridge had seen the evil Bill twirling his mustache. Bill claimed that he'd actually been running down the beach to get to Brooke. Ridge figured Bill wanted him to believe it was a coincidence that Justin had been the pilot; however, Ridge was certain that Bill had ordered Justin to act.
Bill called it ludicrous, and Ridge asked if Bill was denying Justin's presence on the beach. Bill freely admitted that Justin had flown to the Emirates, and Ridge asked why. "To fly around in a helicopter and dispose of wedding crashers," Bill quipped. Katie gave Bill a tried look, and he asked what she and Ridge wanted from him.
Bill understood Ridge's need for answers. Bill hoped Ridge would get them, but Bill said he didn't have them. Brooke proffered that she didn't remember much about the pilot because things had been too frantic. Bill decided that he knew what was going on. He said that Ridge needed to justify deciding to go all the way to Abu Dhabi to save Brooke.
Ridge asserted that Bill had cheated on Brooke; however, Bill corrected that he hadn't cheated; he'd kept a secret that he probably should have told Brooke before the wedding. Bill reasoned that if Ridge had emailed the picture and then used the phone to "gossip" to Brooke about Bill and Quinn, then the incident would have been avoided. Ridge said Bill would have talked his way out of it.
"Talked my way out of what? Explaining what had actually happened?" Bill incredulously asked. Bill illuminated the fact that sleeping with Quinn had only happened once, and it had happened on the night that Brooke had been marrying Ridge. Bill sarcastically said his actions with Quinn had been horrifying enough to justify Ridge traipsing off to Abu Dhabi.
Katie admitted that they hadn't had all the details. "No, you didn't. And that's the point. You just had to stop me!" Bill responded. Bill figured that Ridge's brain was trying to fill in the gaps, but because of Ridge's deep-seated hatred of Bill, Ridge's mind was conjuring things to implicate Bill.
Bill theorized that Ridge would stop at nothing to keep R.J. and Brooke from Bill, including accusing Bill of something he couldn't possibly have done. Ridge cut his heated gaze away from Bill. Bill saw no other rational explanation for Ridge's delusions and concluded that the fantasies in Ridge's head wouldn't go away until Ridge let go of his hatred and accepted Brooke and Bill.
Ridge reasoned that Brooke had been buckled in, so Justin had known that the only person in danger of falling had been Ridge. Bill cited that Ridge had flown to Abu Dhabi, interrupted the wedding, punched Bill in the face, run off with Bill's bride, and arranged a helicopter getaway, but somehow, it had been Bill's fault. Bill quipped that it was flattering.
Ridge asserted that it hadn't been his helicopter, and Bill shot back that it hadn't been his, either. Katie figured that there had to be an explanation, and Bill invited them to brainstorm more about how he could have masterminded Justin turning Ridge into the high-dive champion of the world.
Bill decided that fixating on him hindered Ridge's recovery, and Ridge needed to focus on Katie and the future. Ridge claimed to be remembering, not fixating. The placating Bill suggested to the ladies that Ridge might need to talk to somebody professional. Ridge said he only needed to talk to Bill.
Bill told Ridge to go home, rest, and get his head on straight because Ridge wasn't thinking clearly. Bill asked Katie to take care of Ridge, and Bill warned Ridge not to return to him with accusations. "I'm done," Bill declared.
After Katie and Ridge left, Brooke felt sorry for Ridge and remarked that Bill had been unexpectedly patient with Ridge. Bill said he didn't blame the confused Ridge for wanting to think the worst of him. Bill figured Ridge wanted to prove that Bill was the bad guy because it would justify Ridge's efforts in Abu Dhabi. Bill hoped that Brooke didn't have any doubts about it. Brooke said she knew that Bill wasn't capable of doing what Ridge had accused Bill of.
At Spencer, Alison and Justin discussed Ridge's returning memory. Justin was worried that Ridge was starting to remember seeing Justin in the helicopter. Justin relayed that Bill wasn't worried and had instructed Justin to erase any paper trail. Alison guessed that was where she entered the picture. Justin responded that she was the best at cleaning up Bill's messes.
Justin conveyed that he'd already shredded and deleted everything, but he wanted Alison to double-check his efforts. Alison promised that they'd make sure there was absolutely no proof that Justin had piloted the helicopter.
Alison asked if Brooke had known about the helicopter. Justin relayed that it had been a surprise for Brooke. Alison figured hiding it would be easier than she'd thought, and she even welcomed Ridge to try to prove what had happened. She was sure everyone would think Ridge was completely bonkers.
Alison sat down to go through the credit card purchases for the trip. She said that everything listed in the record seemed to be expected expenses, like the hotel bill and wedding costs. Justin stated that they hadn't chartered a helicopter, and he'd like to see Ridge try to prove that they had. Alison responded that no one needed to know that the Spencer helicopter had just happened to be there.
Alison erased a file and said there would be no indication that the helicopter had ever left the Spencer yacht. She asked if Justin had deleted the flight plan. He had done so, but she double-checked to make sure there was no digital footprint of it in his emails.
Justin thanked Alison and remarked that she probably thought he shouldn't be as worried as he was. Alison understood that if his involvement got out, it could get ugly. "Like going to jail ugly," he added. She said she had bills to pay, so she wasn't about to let Justin and Bill get caught.
Justin stated that just after he'd seen that Brooke had been strapped in, he'd heard "cool him off" spoken by Bill through the headset. Justin claimed that Bill had just wanted to teach Ridge a lesson and had expected Ridge to swim to shore. Justin was certain Bill never would have ordered the action if he'd known Ridge would get hurt.
Alison called it a minor prank. She said Bill had done worse in the past, and there was no way it would take them down. Justin felt that Bill was lucky to have Alison, and she said the same about Justin. Justin guessed that "we" made a good duo. Alison decided to put the files back before Adele noticed that they were missing in the morning. She didn't know why Bill had kept Adele on, though. Justin joked that it was so that Katie would know that her assistant was pouring Bill's scotch.
Alison exited, and Justin poured himself a drink. He strode with it to the window and took in the view. Slowly, he relaxed and sighed. Suddenly, a hand from behind him yanked his tie, and Ridge whipped Justin around to face him. Justin balked, but Ridge gripped the back of his neck, too. Inches from Justin's face, Ridge yelled, "You dumped me out of that helicopter at Bill's orders! Say it!"
