The Bold and the Beautiful star Jacqueline MacInnes Wood has some good advice for her younger self

The Bold and the Beautiful's Jacqueline MacInnes Wood took some time to reflect on her life and came to one conclusion.

On The Bold and the Beautiful, Steffy Forrester is a self-assured woman who runs a successful fashion design house and has a loving husband and two adorable children. While it seems like the perfect life, she also has a crazy mother-in-law, an ex-husband she can never seem to get out of her system, and a sometimes-friend, sometimes-enemy in sometimes-stepsister Hope Logan. In real life, actress Jacqueline MacInnes Wood does not have quite as much drama.

However, she does have the loving husband and children that Steffy has, but she still thinks back on her younger years and knows the one thing she would advise her former self to do.

"If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?" Wood asked her Instagram followers. "For me, it's all about removing toxicity from my life. Whether it's toxic people, chemicals, food, or situations. Anything that tries to lower your vibration has no place in your journey."

Wood's current self is loving life as mom to four boys under five years old. That is quite a feat for any woman and something that keeps Wood on her toes. She's even devised ways to keep those little ones occupied while she takes a breather for some coffee, including freezing her kids' toys in a block of ice and letting them have fun while chipping away. She also puts her acting skills to work during story time. It's all in a day's work for a woman who happily threw toxicity away.
