The Bold and the Beautiful has placed actor Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter Walton) on contract, with executive producer Brad Bell calling the New York native "a great talent and a great actor."
It's time to get Carter, baby! The Bold and the Beautiful character will be seeing a lot more screen time because the CBS soap opera has bumped portrayer Lawrence Saint-Victor up to contract status.
B&B executive producer and head writer Brad Bell shares the news in the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, teasing that now that Saint-Victor is back on contract, viewers can look forward to watching Carter mix it up with Zoe (Kiara Barnes).
"Lawrence Saint-Victor [Carter] is a great talent and a great actor," Bell enthuses. "Kiara came to the show and proved to be a multidimensional actress with the baby Beth story. It's great to launch into another chapter with Zoe and to have Carter in the mix."

As for what else fans can look forward to, Bell told Soap Central back in June that the CBS series might be focusing on some social issues storylines that mirror current events.
"Both Black Lives Matter and the coronavirus have had a strong impact on how we're thinking and how we're moving forward," he revealed. "Soaps have always been a reflection of the times, so we're diving into some stories that will hopefully reflect how our society is evolving and continues to evolve and mature and improve with these life situations that present themselves to us."
Saint-Victor got his start in daytime with the role of Guiding Light's Remy Boudreau, which he played from 2006 to 2009. He joined the cast of B&B as Carter Walton in 2013 and has been involved in a couple of memorable storylines, including a romance with Maya (Karla Mosley) and starring in the show's fictional series Room 8.
