Jacob Young joins big country music festival

Former The Bold and the Beautiful and All My Children star Jacob Young (ex-Rick Forrester, BB; ex-J.R. Chandler, AMC) is set to perform alongside some of today's hottest country singers at this year's LRS Fest.

Daytime alum Jacob Young (ex-Rick Forrester, The Bold and the Beautiful; ex-J.R. Chandler, All My Children; ex-Lucky Spencer, General Hospital) has been pouring his heart and soul into becoming a country musician, and all of his hard work is paying off in a major way: he's been added to this year's LRS Fest.

The singer took to Twitter to announce the exciting news, writing: "Hard work pays off, don't ever quit on your dreams!! So excited to be added to the LRS FEST lineup July 4-7 with these country crooners!"

The LRS Fest is an annual country music festival held in Paulina, Oregon. The family-friendly event offers attendees the chance to go "glamping" while also watching major country singers on stage. This year's event will feature Young and several other singers alongside headliners Craig Morgan, Sawyer Brown, Trace Adkins, and Dwight Yoakam.

Young began seriously pursuing music in the last couple of years and released his first EP in September of last year. His songs are available for streaming on music platforms like iTunes and Spotify.
