Hot on the heels of launching a YouTube channel, former The Bold and the Beautiful star Ashlyn Pearce (ex-Alexandria "Aly" Forrester) has released a music video that she directed.
The Washington native got behind the camera for Kara Connolly's new song "Life in Rear View." The tune is the first single off of Connolly's upcoming album of the same name, which, as described on the singer's website, is "a unique, genre-bending blend of percussive pop, folk, and country, takes you on a journey from breakdown to breakthrough."

Pearce played the role of B&B's Aly from 2013 to 2015. After her departure from the CBS soap, she went on to appear in shows like Salem, Hand of God, and American Vandal. The music video for "Life in Rear View" is her directorial debut.
