B&B's Sean Kanan honored with Palm Springs Walk of Stars plaque

The Bold and the Beautiful's Sean Kanan (Deacon Sharpe) is receiving a star on the Palm Springs Walk of Stars.

Fan favorite The Bold and the Beautiful star Sean Kanan (Deacon Sharpe; ex- A.J. Quartermaine, General Hospital) is being celebrated in a unique way. The Ohio native took to Twitter to share that he'll be receiving a star on the famous Palm Springs Walk of Stars later this month.

"So honored," Kanan wrote of becoming a part of the legendary path that showcases notable people who have lived in the Palm Springs area.

Kanan's B&B costar, Rena Sofer (Quinn Fuller), congratulated the actor with the message, "So proud of you!" And Angelica McDaniel, Executive Vice President, Daytime Programs and Syndicated Program Development, CBS Entertainment and CBS Television Distribution, jumped in with, "Congratulations Sean!"

Kanan's ceremony is set to take place on Friday, October 28, in the popular Southern California town. Fans can join in on the fun at noon at 849 Palm Springs Canyon Drive.
