The Bold and the Beautiful's Linsey Godfrey is resting at home, two weeks after being involved in a serious accident. The actress has once again taken to social media to thank fans for their love and prayers.
Linsey Godfrey (Caroline Spencer) has been released from the hospital and is now recuperating at home following a horrific accident earlier in the month. The Emmy-nominated actress took to Twitter to tell fans that her road to recovery is "one of the hardest things" she's ever had to do.
"Thank you again everyone for your concern. After two [long weeks] I finally got to go home tonight. Now I started my long journey to recovery... This is definitely one of the hardest things I've ever had to do but I can't tell you how truly loved and supported I feel. I'm beyond lucky," Godfrey shared on Twitter on February 15.
On February 2, while walking on the sidewalk near Olympic Boulevard and Granville Avenue in Los Angeles, Godrey was struck by a car that had been involved in a traffic accident. Godfrey was initially pinned under the car, but a good Samaritan freed her. Godfrey was taken to the hospital where she underwent surgery for what has been reported to be significant ankle injuries.

Despite the seriousness of the accident, Godrey has maintained a positive attitude, with her fianc Robert Adamson sharing that Godfrey had been "charming" her doctors and nurses shortly after her accident.
At this time, B&B has yet to announce whether or not they'll be casting a temporary replacement in the role of Caroline while Godfrey recovers.
