Viewers of The Bold and the Beautiful will soon seen less of Emmy winner Rick Hearst. The actor will be taken off-contact next month. Hearst has also appeared on Days of our Lives, General Hospital, Guiding Light, and The Young and the Restless.
Emmy winner Rick Hearst (Whip Jones) is once again on the outs with The Bold and the Beautiful. Beginning in June, the actor will appear on a recurring basis with the CBS soap.
Hearst first appeared on The Bold and the Beautiful in 2002. His time with the show was short, just six months. He returned to B&B with great fanfare in July 2009. In fact, he reported back to the B&B set just one day after taping his final scenes as Ric Lansing on ABC's General Hospital.
Hearst began his journey in daytime television in 1989 on Days of our Lives. From 1990 to 1996, he appeared as Alan-Michael Spaulding on Guiding Light. He followed that up with a run as Matt Clark on The Young and the Restless.
