One Punch Man is a story about Saitama, an absolutely powerful character who enjoys being a Hero for fun. In this series, to be a registered hero, people must go through examinations, and they would be assigned a Class. This ranges from C-Class (the least powerful heroes) to S-Class (only the most powerful heroes). In this article, let us discuss the strongest S-Class heroes who have earned their title in the story through hard work or by just being extremely strong.

Here is a list of the 10 strongest S-class heroes in One Punch Man

10) Flashy Flash

Flashy Flash is currently ranked 13th under S-class Hero. He was a former ninja and is one of the fastest characters in the series. His swordsmanship is razor-sharp, and his movements are too fast for most enemies to even register. Due to his speed and precise movements, he can defeat multiple Dragon-Level threats. Flashy Flash is also responsible for defeating two monsters who were once elite ninjas.

The only weakness he has is his overconfidence and the need to fight alone and not take help. When compared to the rest of the S-Class heroes, only a few can match his speed.

9) Watchdog Man

While Watchdog Man might have an odd nature, he is undeniably a powerful hero. He is always seen in a dog costume, guarding the Q-City, and he has never failed in his duty. Because of his vigilant eye, the crime rate in that place has significantly gone down. His fighting style is feral, almost like a dog; it is quick, unpredictable, and effective.

He might not have a higher ranking as a S-Class hero, but his powers are underrated. Watchdog Man’s speed and reflexes are on par with any seasoned martial artist. Watchdog Man fights on all fours, using unorthodox movements that confuse and overpower even experienced foes. When not in a battle, he quietly guards his city and is a true example of the phrase of never judge a hero by his costume.

8) Pig God

Pig God was initially seen as a comic relief character with a huge appetite, but this appetite was a weapon in itself. Ranked tenth among the S-Class, Pig God can consume almost anything, including Dragon-level monsters. His body can take any kind of attack without being critically injured.

His technique of just eating the monster is highly effective, and his body supports it. Despite his huge body, Pig God has great mobility and surprising speed. His insatiable hunger is his ultimate attack, and his body being immune to most kinds of attacks makes him a surprisingly strong character in One Punch Man.

7) Tank-Top Master

Tank-Top Master is the leader of the Tank-Top Army. In the story, he is the symbol of brute strength and mental tenacity. His punches are said to be so powerful that they could easily crush concrete and dent steel. Moreover, Tank-Top Master’s endurance is so high that he can withstand harsh attacks and continue his fights. When faced with danger, he stands fearless, which reflects his strong sense of justice.

Even if he is currently in the S-Class Rank 12, there is potential for him to rise in ranks. His presence on a battlefield inspires others to also work hard and push past their limits. The best moment to witness his strength is his battle during the Monster Association Arc, where he aided Pig God to save numerous people despite knowing there would be a high chance of facing two monsters who were Dragon-Level threats.

6) Bang (Silver Fang)

Bang is also known as Silver Fang in One Punch Man. He is the legendary martial artist and one of the most respected heroes in the series. Despite his advanced age, he is still in his peak physical condition and a grandmaster of the Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist technique. His expertise and experience give him an advantage compared to other heroes.

Furthermore, he is strong enough to fight a Dragon-Level monster by himself. Even if he is one of the supporting characters, when he was in the Hero Association, he held the third rank for a long time. Even during the current storyline, everyone recognizes him as one of the strongest heroes.

5) Genos

Genos is a Cyborg and is a self-declared apprentice of Saitama. He is driven by the motivation to become stronger to become a good hero who brings justice. Genos also wants to take vengeance against the Cyborg who was responsible for destroying his hometown and massacring everyone in it. Throughout the story of One Punch Man, Genos has gotten multiple upgrades from Dr. Kuseno, boosting his firepower, speed, and durability.

When a monster appears, Genos will take them head-on without a single shred of doubt in his mind. While this is considered to be reckless, he uses it to his advantage. His advantage of being a cyborg usually helps him in a battle, and Genos is at his best during close-range combat. Though he doesn’t yet rival heroes like Blast or Tatsumaki, Genos continues to evolve with each encounter, and his potential to rise in the S-Class ranks is undeniable.

4) Metal Knight (Bofoi)

Dr. Bofoi, better known as Metal Knight, is the S-Class Rank 4 of the Hero Association. He isn't a physically strong character; rather, he is an intellectual scientist who had a hand in defeating the Elder Catepilar. Unlike others, he is cold and calculating because, as a hero, he prioritizes science over sentiment. This also has a downside because other S-Class rank heroes often seem to distrust him.

Metal Knight is a force to be reckoned with during a battle because he can deploy powerful robots who are under his command. Furthermore, his drones are powerful enough to take over Dragon-level threats by themselves. Hero associations had also allowed him to construct their building. He is considered to be one of the strongest S-Class ranked characters due to his strategic foresight and his weapon arsenal.

3) Atomic Samurai (Kamikaze)

Atomic Samurai is also known as Kamikaze in the series. He is a master swordsman and is also deemed to be the strongest swordsman in their universe. His ultimate technique is called the Atomic Slash, which can slice enemies into thousands of pieces in an instant. Sometimes, his opponents do not even realise that they are cut; he is just that fast.

Atomic Samurai mostly relies on traditional combat skills and his insane speed. What he lacks in flashy powers, he makes up for with his unparalleled mastery of sword-wielding techniques and battle-hardened instincts. His endurance and stamina are high; therefore, during prolonged fights, Atomic Samurai can go on without taking breaks. This makes him a formidable figure in all of One Punch Man.

2)Tornado of Terror (Tatsumaki)

Tatsumaki, the second-ranked S-Class hero. She is an esper, and with her telekinetic abilities, Tatsumaki can easily hurl objects, deflect energy attacks, and fly at will. Moreover, in a battle, she can easily crush her enemies without even touching them. Despite her petite build, Tatsumaki commands respect and fear. She also has sharp instincts and mostly relies on them.

Additionally, being extremely hotheaded, Tatsumaki does not tolerate anyone whom she deems to be weak and is openly confident about her abilities. Her unparalleled psychic ability helps her become one of the strongest heroes, with an extremely powerful offensive attack and a high rate of success in battles against villains. This makes her one of the strongest characters in One Punch Man.

1) Blast

Blast holds the number 1 ranking in S-class in the Hero Association. His character is mysterious, and he remains one of the most enigmatic figures in One Punch Man. The series suggests he has God-Like powers, but no one knows the full extent of his abilities. He can manipulate space, open portals to other dimensions, and has the speed and strength to rival cosmic entities like God.

The only time he would intervene and take over a battle is when a threat reaches multiversal proportions, and no one other than he can possibly take over. Usually, he would maintain a calm demeanor and avoid unnecessary fights. When Blast chooses to take over a battle, he wins. Finally, he is considered to be one of the most powerful beings in the entire series, second only to Saitama himself.

In conclusion, these S-Class ranked heroes have a diverse range within themselves. While this list is not canonically accurate, the ones who have been mentioned have proved their worth, and as the story continues, they will be pushed to their limits where they reshape the meaning of strength in One Punch Man. When there is a huge threat to face, these S-Class heroes are ready to face it and save their world from being destroyed.
