One Piece: How the Harley Texts completely change the game

Monkey D. Luffy, who has the Devil Fruit power of the Nika fruit, is seen as a prophesied messianic figure. His destiny is revealed to him to have a greater purpose than just finding the treasure.

Now, through these texts, it suggests that Joy Boy was the previous incarnation of Nika, the liberator. It is now in Luffy’s fate after awakening his Nika powers that he has now even inherited Joy Boy’s will. This also points to the direction that Luffy would be the main piece of the puzzle in bringing balance to the world.

Harley Texts also might have given a major hint about the One Piece treasure, it might be the new blueprint for a new world. Maybe it would help them end the current Third World they are in and get a map or a device for the start of the Fourth World.
