Eva Marcelle Pigford came to the public's attention when she was named the winner of the third cycle of the reality series, America's Top Model. Prior to finding the limelight, Pigford sold men's suits in an Atlanta department store.

After the show, Pigford continued to model. She has appeared on the cover of numerous magazines, including Fitness, King, Essence and Women's Health. In addition to covers, she has appeared in advertising campaigns for DKNY, Apple Bottom jeans, Samsung, and Red by Marc Ecko.

Pigford has also flexed her acting muscles on several occasions. She guest-starred on Smallville, Everybody Hates Chris, and the now-canceled series, Kevin Hill.

In November 2006, Eva dropped Pigford from her professional name and used a switched-up version of her middle name as her new last name, becoming Eva Marcille. The Young and the Restless
