Phyllis rescues her husband from a brewing confrontation in the nick of time

Later, Nick returns to Sharon's house to warn her about Adam

Sharon reminds Nick that she's not married to him anymore and can make her own decisions

Nick promises Sharon that he'll be there for her if Adam hurts her

Nick can't stop thinking about Sharon and Adam

Adam is surprised when Nick warns him to stay away from Sharon, or else

Adam stands up for himself and reminds Nick that Phyllis is his wife, not Sharon
