Chris McKenna (ex-Joey Buchanan, One Life to Live) revealed on Twitter that he is heading back to daytime. This time he'll be making a stop in Genoa City.
"It appears I'll be making a bit of a return to soaps. At least for a few episodes," McKenna wrote on Twitter with a hashtag for The Young and the Restless.
He did not reveal what character he will be playing, but a show spokesperson explained the actor will play the role of Mark Harding. McKenna will tape his first scenes January 22, and those scenes are expected to air February 17.
McKenna is one of the many actors to play One Life to Live's Joey Buchanan. He appeared in the role from September 1990 through 1993. The actor also has some primetime soap experience; he played Patrick Westhill in a handful of episodes of The CW's 90210.
