One of The Young and the Restless' most disliked characters will soon be exiting the canvas. Yvonne Zima has been let go as Daisy. Zima joined Y&R in 2009.

Yvonne Zima (Daisy Carter) will soon be leaving The Young and the Restless again. The actress has been let go from the role she's played for just about two-and-a-half years.

Soap Uncensored's Nelson Branco has revealed that Zima taped her final Y&R scenes earlier this week -- and unlike her previous exit, this time Zima's alter ego reportedly will not be coming back.

Zima's character never quite caught on with fans. In each of the past two years, Daisy Carter has been named fans' Least Favorite Character in the soapcentral.com Dankies awards.

Zima made her first appearance as Daisy on The Young and the Restless in October 2009. She exited the show in May 2010 before returning again in October 2010.

In addition to her Y&R work, Zima is also filming a part in the independent film Stuff It, due out later this year.
