Bill and Katie settled their divorce and signed the papers together. As Bill presented Brooke with a sword-like ring and proposed marriage to her, Katie was encouraging Ridge to go after Brooke and their destiny before it was too late, and Ridge found himself flashing back on times with Brooke. Ivy asked Quinn to put a good word in for her with Eric. As Wyatt pressured Quinn to leave Forrester and the mansion, Quinn got an idea. She accepted Ivy back on the jewelry team and talked her into a makeover. Ivy was grateful for the chance at work but wondered why she had to lose her accent and dress a lot like Steffy.

Paul and Sonny had lunch together, and Paul saw a new side of Sonny. Steve bailed out on his and Kayla's first therapy session. Victor was released on bail. Eduardo left town to keep the family safe. Gabi and Sonny visited Will's grave. Philip told Kate that he was the father of Chloe's child. Kate made sure Deimos knew that Chloe was pregnant. Deimos was certain that he, and not Philip, was the father of Chloe's child. Chloe told Nicole the truth about her baby. Kate bought the Martin House from Doug and Julie. Adrienne, Lucas, Doug, and Julie were there for Jennifer in her time of need. Lucas and Adrienne asked Jennifer to help plan their wedding. Chad prayed to Abigail and promised her that he would make a better life for himself and Thomas. Chad offered Belle a job. Victor could not convince Brady that he had not kidnapped Tate. Philip asked Kate for a loan. Claire was upset to see Theo and Ciara together. Claire turned to Belle for advice. Chad and Jennifer agreed to do what was best for Thomas. Laura arrived in town with news about Abigail.

Paul was revealed to be the serial killer. Paul feared that Elizabeth had seen him holding a deadly syringe when he'd been riffling through Monica's desk, and he took action by knocking out the hospital's power and pushing her down a flight of stairs. Elizabeth suffered a mild concussion and an injured spleen. Hayden became the prime suspect and was arrested when Elizabeth told Jordan that Hayden had slapped Elizabeth fifteen minutes prior to the fall. A nurse confirmed that she'd heard Hayden vow to shut Elizabeth up. Finn and Hayden shared a tender kiss minutes before her arrest. Finn was determined to help Hayden and reached out to Curtis for assistance. Franco told Naomi that he knew Hayden and Elizabeth were sisters. Ava found Paul's kit with vials of derisifol and decided to use it as leverage to force him to find a way to set Julian free. Jason and Sam's wedding day arrived. Jason had arranged for Spinelli to officiate the wedding. Nina met with a young lady who wanted to give her baby up for adoption, but Ava saw them in the park and quickly warned the woman away by sharing the details of Avery's premature birth and kidnapping.

Lily and Cane tracked down Neil's mother, Lucinda, in an assisted-living facility. Neil was stunned when Lucinda admitted that she'd left him as a child because she was an alcoholic, and he wished he'd known the truth. Jack thwarted Luca's attempt to escape, and Luca was taken into police custody. Billy learned that Jill had been blackmailing Phyllis into staying away from him. Colin offered to help Billy deal with Jill -- for a price. Mariah and Daniel discussed Cassie's death. Victor arranged for Chelsea and Connor to meet Adam at a secluded cabin and start a new life. Dylan discovered that Chelsea had used a secret passageway to leave the penthouse, undetected. Nick and Sharon urged Dylan to look the other way, but Dylan went public about Adam's escape and turned over evidence of Chelsea's whereabouts to Paul. Victor declined Christine's immunity deal. Connor became ill, and Chelsea called Nick for help to get antibiotics after she saw an AMBER Alert had been issued for them. Using a tracking device she'd planted in Connor's toy, Chloe found Adam at the cabin and shot him with a tranquilizer dart, revealing that her plan was to watch him die. Chelsea and Nick arrived at the cabin, only to watch it explode in flames. Chloe used the passageway to sneak back into the penthouse, where Kevin believed that she had been sleeping upstairs. Nick accused Victor of killing Adam.
