Sasha wanted Nicole to accept that Zende was in love with Sasha, but when Nicole confronted him about it, he was adamant that he was not in love with "that girl." To Quinn's shock, Deacon had survived the cliff fall, and he arrived at the cabin to exact his revenge. Quinn talked him into fleeing with her instead. Steffy avoided telling Liam about her marriage, but Wyatt asked her to promise that their commitment would endure. Dr. Wolin revealed Ridge's infertility secret to Katie. After giving blackmail terms to Ridge, Wolin was hit by an oncoming truck. Brooke showed Bill the vodka stash in the kitchen, and Brooke and Bill confronted Katie about her drinking.

Chad arrived in time to stop Abigail from burning Ben to death. The police arrested Ben, who had suffered injuries and burns. Chad covered up what Abigail had done to Ben. Chad worried about Abigail's mental health and knew that she needed help. Lucas tried to get through to Jennifer about her abuse of pain pills. Hope told Caroline that she, not Andre, had murdered Stefano. Nicole asked Deimos about his past. Rafe kissed Hope then blurted out that he loved her. Eric and Jennifer tied one on and slept together on his last night as a free man. Marlena blasted Jennifer for her actions and said that she had made things worse for Eric. Maggie's truth to Summer was more than Summer could handle. Summer turned to Brady for comfort. Theresa had harsh words for Summer. Brady was upset with Theresa about how she had treated Summer and walked out on her. Eric broke down as he said goodbye to Marlena, Roman, John, and Jennifer. The judge gave Eric five years in prison. Philip tried to make peace with Victor. Victor thought about his past with Helena and about her death. Maggie's future looked bleak.

Paul told Jordan that Anna had tried to kill Carlos, but he was careful not to mention his own crimes. Jordan and Andre's jobs created tension in their relationship when Jordan questioned him about Anna. Anna and Sonny flew to Ecuador to capture Carlos. Carlos was shot during a struggle with Sonny, but Anna managed to patch Carlos up and take him back to Port Charles. Paul urged Carlos to turn on Julian and to keep quiet about Paul's crimes in exchange for a lenient sentence. Julian confessed to Ava that he was back in the Jerome organization on a temporary basis. Ava urged Julian to deal with Carlos before Carlos turned against Julian. Laura had an unexpected encounter with Kevin. Kevin agreed to help Laura unravel Helena's mystery. Dante and Lulu grew closer as they worked on their marriage. Carly was alarmed when she found Finn unconscious with a needle and track marks on his arm. Finn claimed that he had diabetes, but Carly knew it was a lie. Jason forced Nikolas to take a generous payment in Spencer's name in exchange for Nikolas' shares of ELQ. Nathan proposed marriage to Maxie. Griffin recognized Nathan.

Nikki was injured when she drunkenly stumbled in front of a car. Jack agreed to keep Nikki's accident a secret from her family, and he tried to help her control her drinking. Nikki attempted to visit Victor in prison on their anniversary, but he refused to see her. Hilary convinced Jack to give her a seat on the Abbott-Winters Foundation's board, but Neil tried to thwart her plans by divulging to Jack that Hilary had blackmailed Ashley. Hilary threatened to expose Neil as her kidnapper if she didn't maintain her board seat. Abby reprimanded Max when he dared Charlie to pull a fire alarm. Max showed a sudden change in behavior and suggested that he and Stitch throw a surprise baby shower for Abby, but the boy seemed to have ulterior motives. Simon overheard Ashley tell Abby that there was no romance between Ashley and Simon. Leslie deposed everyone involved with PassKey, but all of the witnesses lied to cover Billy and Phyllis' plot to steal the program from Victor. Summer eventually caved in and told Victoria the truth. Luca comforted Summer, and she kissed him. Mariah became jealous when Kevin admired Natalie's sexier new look. Victoria agreed to drop the lawsuit if Jack fired Billy. Phyllis and Billy ended up splattered in mud during a motorcycle ride, and Jack walked in on them in what appeared to be a compromising position.
