Fragments of Liam's former life returned to Liam, and he grew suspicious of Quinn. Wyatt arrived for a surprise visit and caught Quinn cajoling Liam with kisses. Wyatt was shocked to discover that Liam didn't know who he was, and Quinn had been hiding Liam and pretending to be his wife. Quinn pleaded with Wyatt to let her leave town with Liam, but Wyatt helped Liam escape instead. Wyatt took Liam to his house to reunite him with Bill and Steffy. Brooke caught Katie with a vodka bottle hidden in a granola bar box. Katie urged Brooke to keep silent and to not get between Katie and Bill.

Nicole saved Victor's life. Kate blasted Deimos for leaving Victor to die. Caroline told a frail Victor that she still needed him. Deimos could not believe how much Nicole resembled a woman from his past. Just prior to her surgery, Maggie learned that Victor had suffered a heart attack. Summer stayed by Maggie's side. Kayla suggested to Steve that they should leave town for places unknown. Kayla met Jade. Kayla and Steve were shocked that Joey had told Jade that he, not Steve, had killed Ava. John used his influence with the ISA to have the charges against Steve dropped. Kayla told Steve that she would always love him but that she could not live in his world. Steve vowed to get Kayla back. Ciara told Hope that she would go to counseling. Abigail tricked Ben then planned a gruesome payback that would get him out of her life forever. Deimos sent Victor a reminder of their past. Maggie confessed to Summer that she had given Summer away at birth.

Jason and Sam reconnected as lovers. Shawn told Jason and Sam that Hayden had been asking questions about the shooting that had landed Shawn in jail and Hayden in a coma. Jason and Sam realized that Nikolas had likely sent a hit man to kill Hayden in order to retain control of ELQ. Hayden used the proof that Curtis had gathered to blackmail Nikolas into remaining married to her. Sonny and Anna decided to go after Carlos. Carly feared for Sonny's safety and turned to Jason for help, but Jason was unable to change Sonny's mind about hunting down Carlos. Tracy suffered a devastating seizure and was rushed into surgery. Julian was forced to resume control of the Jerome organization to keep Ava safe. Alexis had a long talk with Parker, who helped Alexis see things from Kristina's perspective. Alexis and Kristina had a heart-to-heart talk and cleared the air. Nina seized control of Crimson when she learned that Julian was the saboteur. Dr. Lee confirmed that Nina was infertile, which caused a deep rift between Franco and Nina.

Hilary warned Devon not to sabotage her efforts to get what she wanted. Abby learned about Ashley's illness. Stitch realized that Simon had feelings for Ashley. Abby tried to nudge Ashley and Simon's relationship in a romantic direction by sending them flowers from one another. Sharon became unnerved when Nurse Stevens wanted to hold Sully. Shawn gave birth, and Sage suggested that they have an open adoption. Shawn decided not to go through with the adoption, and she took off with baby David. Sage found comfort in holding Sully, and Sharon invited her to spend time with the boy. Victoria rehired Michael at Newman, and Nick decided to run the company with Victoria. Billy tried to make amends with Victoria, but she bristled when he attempted to kiss her. Victoria proceeded with a lawsuit to reclaim PassKey. Jack offered Newman a share of the profits to drop the lawsuit, but Victoria declined. Victor recovered from being stabbed by an inmate. Victor asked Adam to avenge his death if Victor was murdered in prison. A frustrated Chelsea told Adam to go back to Newman if it was what he wanted to do. Adam warned Victoria that Victor might not make it out of prison alive, so she had to be prepared to save Newman. Ian swore that he'd had nothing to do with the attack, and he suggested that he and Victor work together to stay alive in prison.
