Ivy arrived in town, and from her, Steffy finally learned about Liam's airplane incident. Steffy decided that Liam had to be with his other ex, but Hope hadn't heard from him, either. Bill declared that Liam was out and Wyatt was in at Spencer publications. Quinn convinced Deacon to help her push Liam off a cliff, but when Liam returned to the car for an asthma inhaler, Quinn pushed Deacon off the cliff instead.

Yo Ling told John about his cruel plan to save his own life. John begged his father to spare Paul from the same life that John had endured in his youth. Eduardo gave the police a lead on how to find John. Chad and J.J. lied to Abigail and told her that Ben had left Salem. Chad and Abigail found something disturbing in their hotel room. Eric and Jennifer continued to abuse their drugs of choice. Brady asked Theresa to marry him, and she accepted. Dario returned to Salem and revealed his true connection to Summer. Dario had harsh words for Eduardo. Belle saw Shawn and Lani out on a date. Nicole told Maggie that she did not trust Summer. Deimos lied to Kate and told her he would end his plan of revenge against Victor. Deimos switched Maggie's meds with his own blend. Maggie, who was not herself, reacted poorly when Summer revealed that she was Maggie's daughter. Brady was shocked at Maggie's reaction to Summer's news. Ciara threw a wild birthday party for herself and her friends. Joey told Roman that he, not Steve, had killed Ava.

Anna was stunned when Griffin revealed that he was Duke Lavery's son. Griffin asked Anna to help him understand the kind of man his father had been. Nina told Franco that she had decided to get a second opinion about her infertility issues. Franco remained adamant that he didn't want to be a father. Maxie suspected that a saboteur was at work when the new issue of Crimson arrived unbound. Julian warned Nina that there was only enough money in the budget for one more issue of Crimson. Kristina panicked when Sonny confronted her about being suspended from school, but she quickly realized that Sonny had no idea that the professor she had propositioned was a woman. Sonny manipulated Ava into letting Avery stay with him indefinitely by arranging for Ava to receive an ominous warning from her enemies. Kiki woke up. Sam asked for a divorce because she wanted a fresh start with Jason. Helena bequeathed several unusual "gifts" to various people in Port Charles. Mayor Lomax had the Health Department shut down Metro Court when Olivia refused to drop the lawsuit.

Phyllis and Billy decided to delay the rollout of PassKey until after Victor was in prison, and Jack considered it to be a fair compromise. Phyllis apologized to Jack for putting her need for revenge against Victor ahead of her love for Jack. In court, Noah blamed his actions on Victor's manipulations, but he later took full responsibility for what he'd done. Judge Moxley found Noah guilty of Billy's hit-and-run, and she sentenced him to probation and community service. Marisa accepted Noah's proposal and asked Luca for a divorce. Marisa sensed Summer's interest in Luca, and she warned Summer not to be taken in by his charms. Luca taunted Noah into punching him. Cane forgave Lily and prepared to move back home. Shawn reported that someone had broken into her apartment, and Sage invited her to live with Sage and Nick. Nick became increasingly concerned about what would happen to Sage if Shawn changed her mind about the adoption. Sharon accepted a job with Chelsea, but she later had doubts about being away from Sully. Sharon had a nightmare about being pregnant, and Dylan worried when Sharon thought she'd heard Sully crying when the tot hadn't been. Nick convinced Chelsea to offer Sage a job, but Sage was livid when she realized Nick had been behind it. Sage overheard Nick telling Shawn that Shawn had every right to decide to keep her baby.
