Brooke invited Katie and Bill over to mend fences. Katie agreed to give it a try until she stumbled upon a photo album dedicated to Brooke and Bill. Bill frowned upon Katie's drinking and was so put off by it that he couldn't be intimate with her. Katie caught Brooke and Bill consulting about Katie's drinking, and when Brooke told Katie the drinking was out of control, Katie claimed Brooke was using a new angle to try to get closer to Bill. Ridge put up Stephanie's portrait for a cocktail party he threw for older Forrester clientele. Rick insisted that Maya's portrait go back on the wall and the older clientele be introduced to the present, which was Maya.

Fynn gave Brady answers about the mystery woman. Eduardo saw red when Deimos made a move on Kate. Hope and Rafe put their plan in motion to frame Andre for Stefano's murder. Andre realized Hope and Rafe had set him up. Andre misled a confused Chase, who was in need of a friend. Chase made sexual advances towards Ciara, even though she told him to stop. A very drunk Eric told Jennifer to admit that she had a drug problem. Chad thought that Andre might have killed Stefano. Philip tried to make things right with his father. Belle decided to focus on Claire and get her life back on track. Shawn asked Lani out on date. Ava sent Kayla a video of her and Steve making love. Steve tried to explain why he'd had to have sex with Ava, but Kayla walked out on him. Brady was determined to find the mystery woman from his dreams. Brady ran into Dario, an old friend from Salem, while searching for Summer. Nicole lied to Theresa and left town to join Brady in his search for Summer.

Jordan told Valerie that Curtis had battled an addiction to cocaine in the past and was trouble. Olivia had an unsettling vision of Julian with blood on his hands. Elizabeth and Jason agreed to send Jake to Shriner's Hospital in Philadelphia for further treatment. Sam was hopeful that she and Jason would find their way back to each other. Nikolas turned to Sam for help investigating Hayden's past. Hayden asked Diane to draw up documents transferring the bulk of Nikolas' fortune to Hayden. Sonny and Carly realized that Morgan had stopped taking his medications as Morgan continued to spiral downward. Kiki ended things with Morgan when she caught him having sex with Darby at the warehouse. Morgan overheard a revealing conversation between Raj and Raj's boss Landon Dixon. Morgan decided to prove that he wasn't a "screw-up" by taking matters into his own hands. Paul confessed to Anna that he had killed Kyle because Kyle had beaten and savagely raped Paul's daughter Susan. Anna was shocked when Paul revealed that he had been working with the Justice Department to take down an arms syndicate in Port Charles.

Delia's ghost visited Billy on Valentine's Day and encouraged him to propose to Victoria. Billy arranged a romantic setting at Top of the Tower, and Victoria accepted Billy's proposal. Stitch and Abby celebrated her pregnancy. Max feigned excitement over his new sibling, but he secretly had dark thoughts about pushing a pregnant Abby down the stairs. Neil continued to drink on the sly. Hilary and Devon made love. Neil called a press conference to prematurely announce Dr. Neville's research, and he showed up drunk. Devon fired Neil. Neil passed out in a motel room and hit his head. Jack discovered an unconscious Neil, and he and Lily attempted to talk Neil into going to rehab. Luca plied a lonely Summer with Champagne, and she spilled information about PassKey. Luca plotted to get the software for himself. Natalie pretended to have problems getting her program to work. Phyllis became increasingly uncomfortable about using Summer as part of her plan to snag PassKey, and she ordered Natalie to move out of Summer's apartment. Adam told Victor about Noah's plan to work with Luca to take down Victor. Victor turned Noah in to the police, and Noah was injured while he was being extradited. Dylan arrested Noah. Victor turned over evidence to Paul that incriminated Marisa. Billy remembered that Noah was the driver that had hit him, but he refused to go to the police.
