What happened during the week of April 21, 2014

Hope's negative pregnancy test made Liam realize that he had to act before he lost Hope for good. Liam proposed that Hope show up for dinner at his place and give him dating time equal to Wyatt's or else Liam would move on permanently. Wyatt trusted Hope to make her own decision, and at the last minute, Hope arrived for dinner. Maya was leery of Oliver's intentions toward Aly, but Carter reasoned that Oliver had changed Aly for the better. Aly opened up to Oliver about her abhorrence of Taylor, who, unbeknownst to Aly, had begun sharing a bed again with Aly's father, Thorne.

What happened during the week of April 21, 2014

The photo of E.J. and Abigail forced E.J. to think about how his life would be ruined if Sami learned the truth about his affair. E.J. realized that Kate had not sent the photo of him and Abigail to the mansion. Nicole met with Liam's ex-wife and learned of Liam's dangerous past. Daniel was relieved at the results of his hearing. Jennifer told Daniel about the pills that she had discovered in his apartment and that she was determined to find out who had framed him. Liam's plan to break up Daniel and Jennifer, for the last time, backfired. Liam went off the deep end and took drastic measures to win back Jennifer's heart. Nick convinced Gabi that Sami had a plan to take Arianna away from her. Nick and Gabi met with Aiden to draw up a custody agreement. Aiden was concerned about Nick's influence on Gabi. J.J. and Paige fought about their future. Daniel pressured Theresa to admit that she had framed him. Theresa was frantic that someone would find out that she had given Liam the key to Daniel's apartment. Nicole turned to Rafe for help with Liam. Nick threatened Sami to get what he wanted. Jennifer was shocked to find Liam at the Horton cabin.

What happened during the week of April 21, 2014

Ric was not pleased when he learned that Elizabeth had decided to recuperate at Wyndemere. Despite Sonny's reservations, he attended A.J.'s funeral to support Michael. Monica was offended by Sonny's presence because of the history of acrimony between Sonny and A.J., but she agreed to allow Sonny to stay for Michael's sake. Haunted by his secret, Sonny remained at the mausoleum, following the funeral. Ava was hurt when she saw Morgan comforting Kiki and ended up in the mausoleum with Sonny. Ava warned Sonny that he would lose Michael if Sonny confessed the truth about A.J.'s murder. Sonny and Ava's hurt and pain flared into passion. Shortly after Sonny and Ava had sex, Morgan walked in and quickly figured out what had happened. Ned learned that Kiki had been forced to defend herself against Luke's unwanted advances. Ned's plan to expose Luke's true nature to Tracy backfired. Spencer confronted Luke and warned his uncle that he intended to tell Sonny about Luke's plans. Luke told Spencer to keep quiet by making a veiled threat against Emma. Franco landed in jail as planned and befriended Carlos. Carlos eventually revealed that Ava had sent Carlos to the Quartermaine mansion to kill A.J. Carlos was horrified when he learned that Patrick, Sabrina, and Emma had been involved in a car accident. Patrick and Emma were unharmed when a car drove them off the road, but Sabrina went into labor. Britt arrived on the scene and delivered Sabrina's premature son. Sabrina and the baby were rushed to the hospital.

Nick forced Cassie's look-alike to tell him about Victor's plan to drive Sharon crazy. Nick confronted Victor about the scheme, and Victor responded by trashing Sharon. Hilary admonished Leslie for hurting Neil. Cane convinced Devon to ask Hilary out, but Devon arrived at Hilary's door as she and Neil started to make love. Billy impulsively kissed Chelsea, who slapped him. Billy and Chelsea drew closer when he helped her deal with Connor's croup. Kevin accepted that he had no romantic future with Chloe. Ashley asked Stitch out, but she realized that he and Victoria were dating. Stitch clammed up when Victoria inquired about his personal life. Victoria became ill during her official first date in the park with Stitch. Ian made Dylan a beneficiary in his will, and Dylan surmised that Ian had done so to make Dylan a prime suspect if anything should happen to Ian. Avery learned that her cooking show had been picked up, but she received another strange post online. Christine questioned whether she'd made the right decision by not having children. Jack and Kelly attended a concert in the park together, and they shared a kiss. Jack was pleased when Kelly accepted his invitation to go on a date. Summer was disturbed that Jack appeared to be giving up on Phyllis. Cane and Lily reluctantly introduced Colin to their kids as the twins' grandfather. Jill overheard Colin mention that he'd married her for her money, and she vowed to make him pay.
