What happened during the week of November 26, 2012
Stephanie gave her engagement ring to Brooke and passed away in Brooke's arms. News of the death quickly reached the family, who gathered together to grieve in the absence of a funeral. Bill rushed to be with Brooke at Big Bear, and overwhelmed with emotion, the two kissed. They returned to Bill's estate, where they were shocked to see that Katie had returned to reclaim her life with Bill. Taylor told Brooke about Katie's plan to unite Brooke and Bill in a relationship. Brooke avoided admitting to Taylor that anything had happened between her and Bill, but Brooke couldn't help daydreaming about her time with him. Bill threw a welcome home party for Katie, and Caroline overheard Katie and Bill discussing what he'd done with Deacon in Italy. Rick advised her to consider all the repercussions before telling Hope and Liam the truth about it. As Liam admitted to Caroline that he was happy with Steffy, Hope realized she still hadn't moved on from him.

What happened during the week of November 26, 2012
Eric believed that Nicole could change. Nicole apologized to Jennifer and Daniel and made things right so that everyone could move on with their lives. Jennifer scheduled an appointment for Daniel with a specialist for a procedure that could end his hand tremors. Maggie told Daniel and Jennifer that she did not approve and thought they should wait before scheduling the procedure. Later, Daniel hesitated when faced with the injections that might cure his tremors, but he agreed to take the chance. Jennifer and Daniel were devastated to learn that the procedure had not worked. John admitted to Kristen that he believed in her redemption. Eric and John worried about Marlena and her hostile relationship with Kristen. Kristen was shocked to find Marlena in her room and reading her personal journal. Brady convinced Kristen not to tell John about the incident or to involve the authorities. Brady and Marlena worried that Kristen would tell John that Marlena had broken in to Kristen's hotel room and gone through her files. Brady listened in on Kristen's impromptu confession to Father Tobias, and then was shocked to learn that Kristen was starting to have feelings for him. Rafe and Sami were relieved that Gabi decided not to go through with her plans for an abortion. Will came close to telling Rafe and Sami that he was the father of Gabi's baby. Gabi told Nick that she was pregnant, and that Will was the father. Nick forced Gabi and Will to promise not to tell anyone that Will was the father of Gabi's baby. Sonny questioned Will about what was troubling him. Chad warned Sonny to be wary of Gabi. Nick asked Gabi to marry him so that they could become a family. He told Gabi that he wanted to raise her child and that there was no need to tell anyone that Will was the father. Rafe showed up at Sami's office with flowers to thank her for helping him with Gabi, but E.J. ruined the mood once Rafe learned that E.J. was Sami's new boss. Kate confronted Stefano about the divorce, then signed the papers and threw them at him. Caroline and Bo returned to Salem.

Starr persuaded Molly to submit
Love in Maine to Todd for consideration for publication. Carly and Skye were stunned when they saw a picture of Tomas Delgado in the society section, announcing his impending wedding to Blair. Carly and Skye went to talk to Todd to find out what he knew about Tomas. Todd was overjoyed when Carly and Skye revealed that they knew Tomas as Lorenzo Alcazar. Todd, Carly, and Skye flew to Llanview to warn Blair about Tomas. Dante and Lulu interviewed several surrogate candidates, but decided that Maxie was their best option. Ellie was hurt when she found a wedding picture of Maxie and Spinelli. Spinelli assured Ellie that he and Maxie had never been married, but he confessed that Maxie had declared her love for him and had given him an ultimatum. Ellie was surprised when Spinelli revealed that he had chosen Ellie. Ellie decided to move in with Spinelli at the office. Tracy was devastated when Edward only bequeathed a jar of Lila's Pickle-Lila relish to her. Edward divided up his shares of ELQ between his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A.J. was determined to prove that he had changed and was worthy of being a Quartermaine. Skye suggested that A.J. oust Tracy as CEO of ELQ. Tracy feared that her days at ELQ were numbered. A.J. and Tracy each realized that Sam and Danny's shares of ELQ would decide who would run ELQ. Michael was horrified when he discovered that Sonny had kidnapped Connie and had imprisoned her in the warehouse for treatment. Alexis and Shawn made love. Helena returned to Port Charles.

Nikki and Victor were relieved when Nick and Billy took Victoria home from Miami, but Victoria was traumatized by the experience. Victor was determined to get Victoria to divorce Billy. Victor followed through on his threat to Billy and told Victoria that Billy had known about Victor's amnesia and kept it from the family. Victoria was devastated by the lie, but also blamed Victor for using the information to blackmail Billy. Victoria agreed to let Billy remain in the house while she contemplated their future together. Nick and Avery made love and decided that Phyllis couldn't dictate where their relationship was heading. Avery proposed that Nick follow his dreams in his next business venture. Victor learned Jack was dependent on pain medication to do his job at Newman. Despite Kyle's request that Phyllis remain with Jack while he recovered, Phyllis decided to move home. Ronan received an assignment in Washington, DC, and accepted it when Phyllis told him she didn't want a relationship with him. Tucker bought Adam's share of TagNGrab and bought out Kevin and Chloe for pennies on the dollar. Kevin was crushed, but Chloe chose to move on to a new fashion business with Chelsea. Chloe wanted to use Tucker's money as an investment, but Kevin said they needed the money to keep the bank from foreclosing on their house. Michael was disappointed by Kevin's risky financial dealings, but agreed to lend him $10,000. Chelsea confided in Chloe that Sharon had been living in the cottage. Tucker asked Jill to dinner. Neil relegated Cane to training Devon at Jabot. Lily assured Cane that Neil would treat him fairly. Alone together in the office at night, Lily and Cane started to make love on Neil's desk, unaware that he was on his way back to Jabot. Kyle and Phyllis plotted to oust Adam from Newman Enterprises. Victor urged Nick to assume the fight for Newman while Victoria recovered, but Nick refused to get back into the family business. Summer accused Phyllis of betraying the Newman family by siding with Jack. Nick was worried that Summer was acting out because of the divorce. Nina forgave Paul and Christine before returning to Los Angeles. Christine flew to New York to end things with Danny because she was in love with Paul again. Ronan asked Michael and Paul to mentor Jamie while Ronan was in Washington. Fen envied that his father and Summer were concerned about Jamie. Summer saw Jamie's most recent harassing text messages and then told Fen to stop bullying the kid. Despite Adam's assurances to Chelsea that he was only Sharon's friend, Chelsea was jealous and suspicious. Chelsea confronted Sharon and warned Sharon that she'd tell everyone Sharon had burned down Victor's house if Sharon didn't stop leaning on Adam. Chelsea then told Adam he could only fix their problems by never seeing Sharon again. Without telling Chloe, Kevin broke into the TagNGrab account and transferred money from there into his personal account.

Jack warned everyone at dinner that the police were watching them. Derek used search warrants for numerous residences. Justin arrived at Jack's dinner, prepared to make an arrest. Edmund noticed a male nurse's ring. Ryan defended Kendall when she was arrested. JR accused Jamie of wanting Babe. Jack insisted on being Kendall's lawyer. Ryan and Bianca worked together to free Kendall. Brooke warned Adam to leave JR and Babe alone. Bianca asked Erica and David if they'd killed Michael. Ryan visited Kendall in jail and assured her she would pass the DNA test. Aidan and Mia's lovemaking was interrupted with news of Kendall's arrest. Erica visited Kendall in jail. Greenlee woke up in Ryan's bed. Jack questioned Erica about the night Michael disappeared. Mia lied to Aidan. Carlos had a crisis. Kendall's bail was set. Simone told Greenlee about Carlos' death. Juan Pablo demanded answers from Maria. JR found out Babe had lied about when she arrived in Pine Valley.

Katie decided it was time to move on and said goodbye to Simon. Chris returned home and found out Alison was pregnant. Dusty proved Paul was out to hurt Rose. Paul observed Dusty and Rose embracing. Paul visited James in prison. Rose forgave Paul and started preparing for her wedding. Molly's hatred of Rose continued to grow. Barbara arrived at the church, dressed as a nun and packing a gun.

Carrie revealed more information to Marah, Michelle, and Marina regarding the life and times of MaryAnn Caruthers, while their fathers and grandfathers were consumed with the fear that their secret would be revealed. Cassie was finally able to tell Edmund that she loved him. Phillip's fragile condition and mental state became apparent, and he later agreed to accept psychological help via hospitalization. Olivia returned to Springfield and told Cassie the devastating news that her baby had not survived. Alan begged Olivia to keep the news from Phillip until after treatment and when he was more stable. Danny announced his candidacy for mayor on Reva's television program. Tony continued to pursue Eden, threatening to reveal their past together, while Eden maintained her stance that she was serious and sincere about her relationship with Bill. Beth tried to warn Marah about getting involved with Jeffrey. Harley received a strange and mysterious offer from Jeffrey.

Walker and Kevin decided to stay behind in Lake Champlain to aid in the search for Viki and Dorian, while Kelly and Blair chose to return home. While trapped in the cave, Dorian and Viki confided in each other about their pasts and hopes for the future. Kevin and Walker were thrilled to finally find Viki and Dorian alive and well. Once home, Walker blew up at Blair, demanding to know what had gone on between her and Kevin in the cabin back at Lake Champlain. Jen admitted to John that she had been there when Karen was murdered. Aunt Betsy decided to leave her $30 million to Paul.

Kay and Tabitha were pleased that between bills and fatherly duties, Miguel had little time for Charity. Grace continued to deal with her family's anger over her choosing David. Julian sacrificed his happiness to protect Eve and began enduring Rebecca's endless demands. Whitney assured family and friends that she and Chad were through, but it didn't stop Simone from staying mad at her. After finding the couple together, Gwen let Ethan know they were over for good. However, Charity helped bridge the gap between Ethan and Gwen, and Theresa tried to move on. Sheridan and Gwen grappled with the loss of their children, while Luis and Antonio fought over Sheridan.
