November Sweeps has been good for The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful. Both soaps have seen their ratings surge.

The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful both posted their best week of ratings for the season in both total viewers and the key female demographics.

The week ending November 15, which is part of the crucial advertising rate-setting period known as Sweeps, saw Y&R averaging 5.02 million viewers. That's up three percent from the previous week and the series' largest audience since April.

In that same period, B&B's ratings were at 3.70 million, up five percent from the prior week. It was B&B's largest audience since August.

Among women 18-49, Y&R was up eight percent, and B&B soared eleven percent.
