Beacon Hill will be bringing political intrigue laced with romance, family and relationship drama, and a cast filled with soap opera all-stars to our screens starting this March.
New web series Beacon Hill
will premiere March 5, 2014. The show is set in the dramatic world of politics, but relationships, both romantic and familial, will create plenty of conflict as well.
The show focuses on two former lovers: Sara Preston, played by Alicia Minshew
, All My Children; Tainted Dreams), and Katherine Wesley played by Sarah Brown
, ex-Carly Jacks
, General Hospital; ex-Agnes Jones, The Bold and the Beautiful; ex-Madison James
, Days of our Lives, ex-Julia Larrabee
, As the World Turns). The pair reconnect after six years apart and struggle with lingering feelings for one another, political turmoil, family intrusions, and press interference.
is a collaboration between Emmy Award-winning actress Crystal Chappel
l of Open Books Productions, which produced Venice

, and Linda and Jessica Hill of Bella Books and Bella Productions

The show will run on a subscription model. A price has not yet been announced. The creators hope this first season will establish the show and attract sponsorship going forward. "We're in this for the long haul and want to continue to produce Beacon Hill
and other quality shows," they stated.

Facebook page, the subscription cost for season one of the series will be $9.99. Subscribers will get twelve ad-free episodes with a new episode released each Wednesday starting March 5, 2014. Subscriptions will open during the week of February 16, 2014, at www.beaconhilltheseries.com
