In the opening scene, Eve is at the Lighthouse preparing herself for her rendezvous with Kevin. She is trying to make sure that she is looking her best. Kevin is doing the same. After a while, Kevin becomes concerned because Eve is late. He tries calling Eve but only reaches the answering machine. A few minutes later the phone rings. Kevin is relieved that it is Eve. Apparently, Eve's car has broke down near the Calvin Thrift Store. Kevin agrees to come and get her. Eve asks Kevin to hurry since the store is about to close.
Kevin arrives at the Thrift Store and is very happy to see Eve. As they are about to leave, Eve remembers that she left her coat in the dressing room. Both enter the dressing room to retrieve the coat and share a very hot and steamy kiss. They both decide that they need to get to the Lighthouse very quickly. As they start to exit, they realize that the door is locked. The owner must have left not realizing that they were still in the store. Cool and calm Kevin decides to just find a phonebook and call a locksmith. Eve decides that she will have fun shopping. She tries on this hideous 70' ish style hi heel shoes. As she is modeling the shoes for Kevin, she stumbles, grabbing the only that was close to her…the telephone wire. She inadvertently pulls the cord out of the wall preventing the two from getting any outside help.
Wondering what their options are next, they stumble upon two laser guns. With a mischievous gleam in his eye, Kevin suggests that they make the best of their situation. The two decide to run around the store playing laser tag. Each was defending his or her own world. Eve is victorious when she shoots Kevin in the chest and he falls dead to the ground. After a few moments of not moving, Eve starts to get worried. However she told Kevin that she will not fall for that old trick. She has seen to many horror pictures and he will not scare her. She turned her back on him and started to walk away. Kevin jumped up and grabbed her from the behind succeeding in attempt to scare her. Their laughter turns into passionate kisses. Eve wishes that this thrift store sold beds. Kevin laughs and points to a child's race car bed. Kevin says that he always fantasized about making love in a racecar. They both laugh and fall into the bed to continue their lovemaking.
Afterwards Kevin and Eve are cuddled in the bed talking about fantasies. Eve claims that Kevin should be thanking her for making his fantasy come true. After all, if her car that broke down. If was she her forgot her coat that led to them being locked inside the thrift shop. It was she who accidentally pulled the telephone wire out of the wall preventing any outside help. And finally, if was she who beat him in laser tag. Kevin asked what the laser tag had to do with his fantasy. Eve replied that she just wanted to be able to rub his nose in the fact that she won. The both started to laugh. Soon the laughter turned into passion yet again.

Frank worries about possible long term side effects of the drug. Karen tries to assuage his fears. Frank asks Karen to have a cup of coffee with him at the Recovery Room. Karen declines. She still has to make her rounds. Just then, Matt comes out of the elevator. Frank approaches him to let him know that he is officially off the DL-56. Matt does not seem pleased to talk with Frank. He is not very forgiving. Matt reminds Frank of the two people that died because of Chris and Frank's greed.
Later at the Recovery room, Matt joins Frank. In a round about way he apologizes for coming down so hard on Frank. He realizes that Frank did not purposely get himself addicted to the drug. The two have a heart to heart about women. The conversation turns towards Julie. Frank feels responsible. If only he had seen the signs, maybe he could have prevented the death of some of Julie and Cooper's victims. Matt told him that he has to move on. Eve and Kevin returned home and Eve realized that Kevin had removed Lucy's things from the lighthouse. Kevin and Eve then ended up making love again. Scott overheard Lucy say that she was going to move back to the Port Charles Hotel. Lucy clarified what she was saying and told Scott that she didn't want to break up with him, but that her living at the firehouse sent the wrong message to Serena. Later, Lucy ran into Kevin and told him that she had left the firehouse. Courtney was stunned when the Kaneloses gave her an ultimatum and said that she could stay in Greece with Neil or leave the island without him and never see Neil again. Joe reminded the Kaneloses that Neil was his son and made it clear he would fight for him. Later, Neil overheard that Joe was his father.
Kevin and Eve finally end their date when Kevin drops Eve off at GH. Before they go their separate ways, they share an awkward moment when Eve asks Kevin when Lucy moved out of the firehouse. Later at the nurse's station, Eve told Chris that Lucy has moved out. Chris accuses Eve of being delighted at the chance to rekindle her romance with Scott. When Eve protests that she is involved with Kevin, Chris says he thinks both Eve and Kevin have just been using each other to get over Scott and Lucy.
Serena bursts into tears when Lucy says she's moving out. Lucy promises Serena that she will still be around all the time, but Serena won't hear a word of it. Lucy told Serena that she will always love both her and Scott, but she just can't live with them any longer. Serena runs upstairs to her room. When Scott told Lucy he wants her to stay, Lucy explains that she doesn't want to complicate her relationship with Serena any further by continuing to live in the firehouse. She asks Scott to try to make Serena understand why she has to leave. When Scott tries to do just that, Serena told him that he should marry Lucy so they can all live together as a family.
Perplexed and concerned about Chris's observations, Eve takes a break from the hospital and went to the lighthouse to talk to Kevin about the impact Lucy's move may have on their relationship. She admits to Kevin that she felt a little thrilled to know that Scott was free again and explains that she'll be okay if Kevin decides to get back together with Lucy. Kevin confesses that he does feel some satisfaction over knowing that Scott and Lucy won't be living together, but he told Eve that he doesn't think those feelings will get in the way of their developing romance. Certain that they're both being honest with themselves and each other, Kevin and Eve make love.

Joe catches up with Neil outside and told him that he is really his father. Joe told Neil how happy he was to learn that Neil was his son and reassures the boy that John Kanelos loved him, too. Joe told Neil that he really wants the chance to be his father. After he puts Neil to bed, Joe talks to Courtney about what she plans to do. After Courtney whines about how awful she feels about having created an impossible situation with all her lies, Joe convinces her that it's good that Neil finally knows the truth.
Frank and Karen meet with Lee at police headquarters, where Julie is set to be examined by a court-appointed psychiatrist. When the psychiatrist arrives, Lee learns that Garcia has been talking to Julie without her counsel being present. While the psychiatrist, Dr. Davis, examines her, Julie hallucinates that he is her father, who berates and belittles her. When Davis asks Julie if she believes he is her father, she lies and tells him she was faking it. She refuses to answer any more questions and says she is feeling sick and wants to go back to her cell. After the examination, he told Frank and Lee that despite her objections, he believes that Julie hallucinated during the exam. He explains that he believes Julie is not competent to stand trial. Just after Davis leaves, Garcia comes out of the interrogation room and told Karen and Frank that Julie has become physically ill.
Courtney talks to Neil about keeping the truth from him and assures him that he was not the cause of her arguments with John. She asks her son whether he wants to stay with the Kaneloses or return with her to Port Charles. When the boys agrees to go home with his mother, Courtney explains to him that they will have to sneak off the island.
Victor and Joe cook up a plan to drug the Kaneloses and their guards with opium poppies that grow on the island. While the men gather the flowers and distill the resin, Courtney and Mary stage a distraction for the Kaneloses. Courtney told them she plans to stay on the island with Neil. Mary objects to Courtney's decision and storms off angrily. Victor and Joe return with enough poppy resin to knock out everyone on the island. While everyone else is having cocktails, Courtney tries to slip the drug into one of the dinner courses, but she fails. While Victor manages to distract the Kaneloses with a bit of Greek folk dancing, Joe slips into the kitchen and spikes the yogurt dish with the opium. He passes the word to Courtney, Mary, and Neil, but Victor is still in the dark. When Mary finally gets a chance to tell Victor which dish is spiked, it's too late, he's already eaten some of it.
Joe and Courtney struggle to get Victor to the helicopter so they can make their escape with Mary and Neil. When they get to the helicopter, Joe told his mother that he's been skydiving for years and actually got some experience flying a helicopter when he was in college. Both Courtney and Mary argue that it's too risky for Joe to fly them out, but with Victor still unconscious, they have little choice but to follow Joe's plan. They manage to get off the ground, and Victor wakes up while they're in the air. Joe asks if he thinks he can take the controls, but Victor says he feels too groggy. He gives Joe some instructions and encouragement from the back of the chopper. When Neil asks if he can write in the log book, Victor notices the boy's new military-style watch. Courtney, Mary, and Victor share an ominous glance after Neil tells them the watch was a gift from Costas Kanelos. Back on the island, the Kaneloses regain consciousness, and Costas assures his wife that the watch contains a tracking device.
After determining that Julie really is physically ill, Garcia prevails upon Karen to examine her. When Julie sees Frank and Karen, she berates them, telling them the "old" Julie is never coming back. Nevertheless, Karen went ahead with her exam, noting that Julie's pulse and blood pressure are both slightly elevated. When Karen tries to determine the cause of Julie's problems, Julie threatens her. Even after Karen tries to convince Julie that her friends are holding out for her recovery, Julie becomes hysterical and screams at Karen to leave. Garcia interrupts before Julie can do any physical harm to Karen. Outside the interrogation room, Karen and Frank puzzle over Julie's behavior. When Frank admits that he's given up all hope of ever seeing the "old" Julie again, Karen wonders why Julie is so adamant about not seeing them. Alone in the interrogation room, Julie paces nervously, closes the blinds, then sits at the table. She places her hands over her abdomen and has a conversation with her unborn child, promising it she will never let Frank and Karen take it away from her. Julie has a black and white June Cleaver fantasy about her perfect life with her perfect daughter.
