Tico goes into respiratory failure. Michael realizes that the plug to his life support machine was unplugged. Michael tries vigilantly to save Tico but Tico dies. Antonio finds Jessica unconscious near Tico's room. They watch Tico die. Viki and Cristian search for Jessica. Natalie tells John her suspicions that Cris was tortured by the drug dealers. John recommends that Natalie give Cris some time to heal. John gets a phone call from Michael about Tico's death. John questions Antonio about Jessica's whereabouts before Tico died. John wants to see Jessica but Antonio won't allow it. John thinks Antonio is protecting Jessica. Michael is upset that Tico died on his watch and he is also curious as to what happened to the cop who was posted outside of Tico's room. John finds the officer who had left Tico's room to respond to a drunken disorder. John fires the officer. Adriana is confused about her life. Duke invites her to stay with him. Kevin is not happy to see Adriana and talks down to her. Duke calls Kevin a hypocrite since Kevin was the one who was so close to Tico during his campaign for Lt. Gov. Duke won't leave Adriana by herself. Kevin has his P.I. keep an eye on Kelly but the P.I. sends pictures of Kelly undressing to Kevin. Kevin is affected by the images and calls the P.I. and warns him to just follow Kelly so that she can lead him to Ace and to stop taking pictures of her undressing. Kelly finds out that J.R. Chandler, Babe's husband, will be performing in concert in honor of Miranda Montgomery. Kelly believes Babe and Ace may be there. Cris is happy that Tico is dead and wants to start his life. Margaret plots her wedding to Todd. Jack is having bad dreams about Blair.

John argues with Antonio about what Jessica may or may not have seen. Natalie makes John promise to talk to Jessica in the morning. Jessica tells Antonio and Natalie that she saw who killed Tico she just can't remember. Jessica has a dream that Tico comes back from the dead and torments Jessica with her knowledge about his killer.

Bo and Evangeline set a trap for Paul's killer. Evangeline has the evening news reveal that they found the shovel that was used to bury Paul and reveals the place where it is being stored by police. R.J. and Rex show up separately and take away all the shovels since they don't know which one killed Paul.

Riley and Jen talk about their future. Jen was disturbed by the evening news and leaves Riley's show early. Riley's bandmates tease him about Jen's disappearance.

Cristian seems to be suffering from memory loss. Natalie is worried about him. Cristian manages to recall his favorite artist - with a little help from Natalie. Cristian writes down the name of his favorite artist in a note book with other reminders.

Margaret plans her wedding with Todd. Todd and Blair have a conversation about the wedding. Todd wants to move up the wedding because he is afraid something may go wrong.

As Margaret gloats over her dress for her Christmas "wedding" to Todd, he and Blair are busy firming up their change in plans for an immediate ceremony. Blair is saddened that none of her family will be available while Todd is thrilled to have a "no-Cramer" ceremony and only cares about how his children feel about the whole thing. Starr is upset over a mysterious appointment that she has to keep. Margaret shows up as the family is leaving the penthouse and overhears them mention the evening's wedding. She returns to her own place, hysterical, but calms herself down so that she can consider a new plan.

Cris has another bad dream. Viki who needs to have Nat move her car interrupts him and Nat. Cris thumbs through his notebook, trying to remember his old life. Natalie returns with Cris' favorite breakfast (though he doesn't seem to recollect it exactly) and they both realize that things have changed somewhat. Nat apologizes for her attempts at trying to keep everything the same but Cris blames John for all that has happened. He doesn't even want Nat to talk to John, he snarls. She never stopped loving Cris, Nat reminds her husband.

Antonio stays with Jess who is still having horrible nightmares regarding Tico's death. Van, John and Paige stop by but the doctor clears everyone from the room so that she can check on her patient. John presses Antonio for answers and they both believe that Jess could be in danger. When Antonio tries to get back into Jess' room, Paige tells him that Jess would like him to leave.

Bo admits that his shovel story was planted and tells Nora that Lindsay and Jen are now at the top of his list of suspects. Though R.J. and Rex were seen removing the several shovels from evidence, he's sure they were protecting the women. Daniel arrives, perturbed over Bo's move, though in agreement that David and Dorian are probably innocent of Paul's murder. When John gets to the station the talk centers on the latest incident. Daniel decides that he wants Dorian and David to remain in jail without any concrete evidence on any other person. They all admit that it's possible that Antonio may have been responsible for Tico's death.

When Viki gets to Jess' hospital room, she reassures her daughter that she's safe, no matter what her nightmares cause her to believe. Jess is upset that she still can't seem to recall who may have pulled the plug on Tico's machine and is afraid to go to sleep; she's thinking that she may have seen someone she loves commit a crime.

Todd makes arrangements for his wedding at the Palace and seeing Van, invites her to attend. He tries to pump her for information that she may have gotten from John concerning Tico's death, but she refuses to talk about it. Personally, he believes that Kevin was the murderer, he informs her. Matthew lunches with Bo and Paige and is totally entranced when he learns that Paige played soccer and can help him with his game. He agrees to go off with Todd to wait for Starr who is going to be miserable for some unknown reason. Bo is pleased that Matthew seems to be accepting Paige and when Nora arrives, she walks in as they're sharing a kiss. She tells them that she is there to pick up lunch to share with Daniel at her place, though it's apparent it's a spur-of-the-moment excuse. When she goes, Paige tells Bo that he's busted; she couldn't help but notice that he was attempting to make Nora jealous by putting his arm around her when Nora showed up. When Cris and Nat arrive for lunch, they run into Antonio who pulls his brother aside. He thinks it's time Carlotta knows that Cris is alive, he insists. Cris wants to wait until he's feeling better and in one piece. Nat thanks Van for being nice to her the night of the assassination attempt. She returns John's gloves from their previous encounter in the park. Starr finally shows up and refuses to talk to Matthew at first but finally grimaces to show off her new braces. Todd invites Viki to his wedding, telling her happily that there will not be any Cramers there. An annoyed Blair overhears.

John peruses a book of photos consisting of possible mob acquaintances of Tico and Daniel berates him for not going after Antonio. He also mentions how John managed to save Natalie when she was accused of a crime. Nora asks Daniel if he'd like to have lunch at her place; he's curious at her overly flirty behavior.

Margaret changes her Christmas reservation date on the cabin to the present.

Left hurt by Todd's remarks, Blair asks Bo if he can release Dorian from jail just long enough so she can attend her wedding.

Bo fills in Dorian and David on Blair's wedding, thinking that they'll spill information about Paul's murder so they can attend the festivities. Dorian points Bo in a useful direction by telling him that the murder is connected to Kelly and Ace.

Nora is on the verge of making love with Daniel but pulls away when she can't seem to get Bo out of her head. A patient Daniel says he understands and leaves for an appointment that was rescheduled. After he's gone, Nora lets Bo think that she and Daniel slept together.

Hayes makes arrangements for Marcie to get a complete makeover, for the good of her publishing career, of course. Michael is angered by the news that he's going to be questioned by the hospital board about the night Tico's life support plug was pulled during his watch. Each wrapped up in their own stuff, Michael and Marcie begin to drift apart.

At the police station, Evangeline saw John and asked him to go to the wedding. John declined because of police business, but they agreed to meet afterwards. Nora was interrogating David regarding Paul's death. Nora advised she would talk to the district attorney for a deal, but he needed to tell her what Dorian meant about Paul using Kelly for Ace. Bo was interrogating Dorian in the next room and Dorian said Paul used Kelly as his personal cash machine. Bo asked why Paul was blackmailing Kelly. Nora reminded David of prison life. David said Paul tormented Kelly, but had something on Kevin. David swears Dorian didn't kill Paul. Dorian also implicates Kevin. Dorian said she didn't know anything regarding Paul's death. Bo and Nora meet in the hallway. They decide David and Dorian are lying and covering for each other, but agree they did not kill Paul. Nora went to find Daniel to agree to free David and Dorian. Nora dropped the charges since she could not locate Daniel. Todd arrived to ask for Dorian to be released.

At the hotel before Todd and Blair's wedding, Cristian was uneasy as he was reading the journal he kept while held in captivity. Natalie walked over and asked what he was reading. Cristian did not allow Natalie to read his journal. Natalie commented how much she has changed from a year ago. Cristian replied that they are both different. Natalie greeted Kevin and Cristian was uncomfortable being near him. Todd arrived and asked why Kevin wasn't in jail for the attempted murder of the governor. Todd taunted Kevin about Ace. Kevin started to choke Todd. Cristian tried to stop him and Kevin hurt Cristian by hitting him in the abdomen. Viki witnessed all and stopped Todd and Kevin. Cristian was okay and went to rest. Viki and Kevin argued regarding his unsatisfactory behavior. Natalie saw Evangeline and both complimented each other on their attire. Natalie asked about John. Cristian entered and commented how he has not worn his tux since his wedding to Natalie. Cristian goes to get medication as he was experiencing severe headaches. Natalie saw John enter. Natalie complimented John on how nice he looked. John felt he looked ridiculous. John asked how Cristian was doing. Evangeline walked over and they went to have drinks together. Trying to enjoy the wedding, John and Evangeline escaped to the hotel terrace were they started kissing. Natalie observed this. John saw Natalie and resumed kissing Evangeline. John and Natalie have many unresolved feelings for each other. Kevin told the private investigator to keep watching Kelly.

In the hospital hallway, Adriana asked Antonio to attend Tico's funeral. He declined. Adriana pleaded with Antonio to go and pray for Tico's soul. Antonio believed Tico did not have one. She asked him to call Carlotta and tell her about Cristian (Carlotta is in Puerto Rico) and he refused. Adriana decided to pray for Tico AND Antonio.

Starr and Matthew gathered for the wedding. Matthew took Starr's picture, as Starr screamed for him to stop. Starr just received braces and doesn't want to be in any pictures. Adriana calmed Starr and Duke was impressed. Starr decided to be in the wedding pictures to make Blair and Todd happy. Matthew decided to do something nice for Starr, since she is his best friend. Starr was ecstatic, when Matthew digitally enhanced Starr's photograph, minus her braces.

In Jessica's hospital room, Viki asked Jessica if she wanted her to stay (she was going to the wedding) and Jessica encouraged her to go. Viki mentioned Antonio would arrive soon. Antonio asked John if he found the killer. John told him to look in the mirror. Antonio was appalled John suspected him for Tico's murder. Marcie visited Jessica and asked her to speak to Michael regarding Tico's death, since Michael blamed himself for losing his patient. John asked Paige if he could visit Jessica, since he had more questions. After Marcie left, John asked Jessica to think about the night of the murder and to think about the killer. Jessica told John she did not remember that night and was agitated. John left. Michael checked on Jessica and she told him Tico's death was not his fault. Michael was suspicious of Marcie. Antonio told John he did not kill Tico. Antonio visited Jessica and was glad she was recovering. Jessica told Antonio about John questioning her. Antonio said he was the prime suspect. Jessica asked him if he killed Tico. Michael was angry at Marcie for having Jessica talk to him about Tico's death. Paige advised Antonio and Jessica visiting hours are over. Antonio said he would be back to talk about their future. Jessica asked again if he killed Tico. Antonio left without answering. Jessica remembered an arm/hand pulling the life support plug and Tico telling her she knows who killed him.

Blair and Addie were preparing for the wedding. Addie wished Dorian and Kelly could attend. Todd and Blair argued through the shut door, because Todd said nasty things regarding Dorian. Margaret was also in the hotel, dressed for their wedding. As she looked into the mirror, we see she is dressed in the exact same dress as Blair and is determined to be Todd's bride. Addie tells Todd to not to SAY he is sorry, but to DO something to show Blair how sorry he is. Addie is the voice of reason. Starr arrived and was thrilled to be maid of honor. Margaret was talking to herself in the mirror holding a gun. Viki arrived to see Blair and welcomed her into Viki's family again. Viki stated it takes a special type of person to understand Todd. Viki was happy for Blair. Viki also visited Todd to wish him well. Adriana, Starr and Addie surprised Blair with usual wedding traditions. Adriana gave Blair an old necklace from Dorian, since Dorian could not attend. Viki reassured Todd and told him to make this wedding last. Margaret approached Blair and Todd's rooms. Blair opened her door to Dorian, who had just been released from jail and surprised Blair by attending. Since Dorian was released so suddenly, Addie believed Todd got Dorian released to make Blair happy. Todd opened his door to find Margaret dressed like Blair and delusional. Margaret told Todd they are getting married tonight. Todd laughed. Margaret pulled out the gun and threatened to shoot Blair and Todd. Todd did not believe her and as he went to call the police, Margaret shot Todd.
