One Life to Live's Kelley Missal (ex-Danielle Rayburn) has been cast as a series regular on ABC's upcoming prime time drama The Crossing.

Former One Life to Live star Kelley Missal (ex-Danielle Rayburn) has landed what could be a career-defining role.

According to Deadline, the New Jersey native has landed a series regular position in ABC's upcoming drama The Crossing.

Also starring Steve Zahn and Sandrine Holt, The Crossing follows refugees from a war-torn country who seek asylum in an American town. The twist is that the war-torn country is actually America, and the war they are fleeing is 250 years in the future.

Missal, who scored a Daytime Emmy nomination for her work on OLTL as Todd Manning and Téa Delgado's daughter, is set to play Hannah, one of the first survivors to make it to shore.

What do you think about Missal's new gig? Does the premise of The Crossing sound interesting to you? We want to hear from you -- and there are many ways you can share your thoughts.
